As-good-as-new accommodation with 2 separate bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Parking space (not suitable for very large cars). Very clean, quiet and very close to the centre. Perfect for a long weekend in Como!

Avoid this place! I've stayed at Airbnb's all over the world and have never written a complaint before. Although the flat is very nice, well located and the management company friendly, we arrived to no heat and no hot water (in the winter!) and a kitchen tap that leaked into the recycle drawer below it. After 24 hours in cold with no showers they fixed the hot water and said the heat and leaky tap were also fixed. They were not. For the whole week we were there, the heating system was broken more than it was fixed. I had to get up multiple times during the night to reset it. It would heat up and then shut-off and not restart itself. We were exhausted, cold and were repeatedly told the heating system was fine, but it never was. So if you are coming to Como in the winter or the hottest time in the summer I highly recommend you stay away from this place altogether. I doubt the heating or cooling systems will work consistently and this problem made our entire stay absolutely miserable.

The apartment is large, there is parking, close to the center and a grocery store, there was contact with the owner by phone which made it very easy But The owner helped me get into the apartment, but this chain with keys is a horror, why not just sign them????The apartment was not cleaned to the end, the floor was very, very dirty, there were no slippers, it's good that I had my own slippers with me The towels did not smell very nice, there were also a couple of hairs in the bathroom and the drain in the shower did not work, it was necessary to constantly fix it And most importantly, it was very cold, very, we slept in clothes and under two blankets, it seemed that everything was turned on but nothing worked, the owner did not help, so we heated the hall with an oven It spoiled the whole impression

We visited the accommodation as a family of 4. The apartment fully corresponded to the description, was comfortably furnished and sparkling clean. The exchange with My Homo In Como was straightforward, friendly and very professional. We will be happy to come back.

everything about the place and location is fabulous. no complaints there. it just the arduous check in process. they chose to make you go to a very long and complicated online series of pages to get instructions. then you have to get your keys from a lock box a few blocks away. when you get the keys, there are 5 of them, none marked, one for the door, one for the apartment, one for the garage door, one for the garage gate and one for the garage. seems excessive. Management company was accessible, but we had to go to them. they did not come to us us. if asking me was it worth it. yes. absolutely. Beautiful place and great location. Accessibility....not so good

Nice but expensive apartment in a very good location for visiting the downtown area of Como. Pros: Location, modern interior, nice amenities, elevator, the management company was very responsive over a certain well known messaging app, and parking was a single garage behind the building that fit a fairly long Audi A5 wagon rental. Cons: Plenty of scuffs and dents, a lot of the modern fixtures felt cheap, many spots appeared to be a work in progress with wires hanging out of the walls tied off for future projects, water heater in the unit shut off and needed a reset (which the managing company helped with promptly once we contacted them via a certain well known messaging app), keys are picked up at a luggage storage 5min walk up the street that doesn't have convenient parking to access, and finally, expensive. Overall a comfortable stay but not sure this apartment was worth the high price.

The apartment was in a great location and very clean. Check in was somewhat challenging. We arrived on an early flight, but unfortunately there was no flexibility regarding an early check in, not even an hour or two. As great as the free parking was, we were not able to park there until we checked in. Check in was by video call, (on a busy street) and we were given instructions, one step at a time, to get the keys at another location.The amenities were lacking, and there were a lot of maintenance issues, but they did always respond quickly. The issues ranged from the tv not working, to loose door handles, doors not closing, no hot water, and a kitchen sink leak. Basic minimum amenities, low/no stock of everyday items, fees for extra towels (even for a 5 day stay) and we were unable to adjust the thermostat. Would have liked a welcome book with general information, recommendations, how things work (the safe, the water heater, etc). Space is bright, with plenty of room.

The home was spacious and close to center of town. Also has a decent size washer. We liked that. But was not very clean and we did not have hot water in one of the bathrooms. Host came to check and said there was no problem with water. Nevertheless, we were never able to get hot water in that bathroom. There were no provisions made for trash removal considering how long we were in the home. We were just given small bins under kitchen sink, which was not nearly enough for the length of our stay. Instructions were that additional trash removal would be provided at extra cost .. that’s absurd. We stayed in a couple of other Airbnbs in Italy where the hosts even provided free cleaning at mid stay. That’s how it should be. It should have been done in this home, for sure! We would not consider this home again.

Exceptionally large, modern apartment in perfect location. Obviously the work of an accomplished interior designer, the decor is super chic and feels brand new. Great place to stay if you’re visiting Como.

Well presented modern apartment. It was very clean and quiet but walking distance away from the city centre and restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay and would book it again.

The flat was spacious and modern, located just outside the old town of Como. However, we had several issues. Netflix and Apple TV didn’t work on the TV despite being logged in, and no one came to fix it despite promises; hence we have no TV for our whole say. The electrical system was faulty—we lost power daily and had to reset the main breaker ourselves by going to the main electricity room for the building outside. You can’t run more than two appliances at once without tripping the system. The agents know about the problem but didn’t fix it. Other issues included no teaspoons, marked walls, poor cleanliness, uncomfortable cushions, and a gloomy entrance/hallways. Rubbish disposal was also a problem—the agents didn’t collect it as they say they do. Overall, while we enjoyed Como, the flat didn’t offer good value for money, and we wouldn’t stay again or recommend it.

Beautiful, large and clean accommodation, very central and everything you need is available. Communication with My Home in Como is very good, they write back very quickly and kindly and quickly made a note from us regarding. Shower taken care of and patched on the same day. Very satisfied and will be back.

it was our second time to stay in the same apartment and the third time to stay with the same host company. the apartment is spacious with 2 bedrooms , 2 bathrooms and a private car garage. the location is perfect near the shops and restaurants. thank you for everything and we hope to come again soon.
