You will need to take a few stairs to reach the apartment, which is located on the upper level of the building.The apartment does not have private parking. However, you can still park your car for free about 50 meters from the property near the football pitch. Furthermore, continuing on the road near the football pitch, you will find additional free parking spaces behind some red houses.

In this property, pets are allowed at an additional cost to ensure an allergy-free cleaning.Baby beds are available at an extra cost.

We stayed in the apartment for 2 nights. The apartment is ok, it is very "neutral" not cozy. Stunning views of Lake Como. We only had 1 set of keys, it is inconvenient when you are 4 people. It would have been nice to have a bottle of water in the fridge, and that there was a minimum of ingredients in the kitchen, such as salt, pepper, and basic spices. The parking lot was a hell we had to take off the bike rack and remove the luggage so that we could hardly drive in the car without encountering the asphalt, we had a lot of trouble getting it back out as it's so steep and narrow, so we parked somewhere else the next day. Communication about arrival was slow, it was stressful The trash sorting wasn't explained properly.

View was very nice. Though before making the reservation, I mentioned that we need late check out and agent said they will confirm that in the last day. Nobody notified us that late check would not possible and then, They begun to disturb us a lot to leave the house at 10.00... Setting check out time as 10.00 is pretty rude first of all. We are coming to rest and relax. We all need to be understandable and flexible.

The apartment was beautiful! So clean and looked brand new. Vanessa was super helpful and friendly and was a great host. We’d love to come back! The only thing we would say, if you come without a car, there is a very steep walk up to the apartment (only short though) However, completely fine with a taxi/if you don’t mind some brief exercise! 10/10 Thankyou Vanessa

Becarefull about "private car park" promotion. The place reserved for you is not appropriate, even dangerous. A jeep or 4wd would work. Also, if your neighbour did not parked carefully, no way.. The flat, the view is nice. Comfortable. The communication is weak; especially amongst them. Be prepared for some small surprises.

Additional rules
• In order to access the property, you will need to fill out the online check-in form (where the passport photographs of ALL the members who will be staying will be required) and in addition you are required to sign the rental contract for tourist use. Until it is completed, it will not be possible to enter the property. • For check-in after 7:00 pm and check-out after 10:00 am (if not authorized) an additional amount will be required which will be communicated upon arrival and must be paid through a link that will be sent by us.

- Cancel up to 7 days before your trip and get a full refund, including all fees.
- Cancel by noon on the day of check-in and get a 50% refund of the total nightly rate. You’ll also get a full refund of all fees.
- Cancel during your trip and you may be eligible for a partial refund.
- Cancel before noon local time during the trip and you’ll be refunded 50% of the remaining booking value, excluding fees.
- Cancel after noon local time during the trip and you’ll be refunded 50% of the remaining booking value, excluding that night and fees.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
