The space

The apartment has a wonderful balcony overlooking the Telo river, where you can sit and soak up the stunning views of nature.

You will need to take a few stairs to reach the apartment, which is located on the upper level of the building.
The apartment does not have private parking. However, you can still park your car for free about 50 meters from the property near the football pitch. Furthermore, continuing on the road near the football pitch, you will find additional free parking spaces behind some red houses.

Everything about this Airbnb was amazing! I’m in shock how affordable it was. They need to raise their prices. The whole place was perfect but the view completes it all!!

We stayed in the apartment for 2 nights. The apartment is ok, it is very "neutral" not cozy. Stunning views of Lake Como. We only had 1 set of keys, it is inconvenient when you are 4 people. It would have been nice to have a bottle of water in the fridge, and that there was a minimum of ingredients in the kitchen, such as salt, pepper, and basic spices. The parking lot was a hell we had to take off the bike rack and remove the luggage so that we could hardly drive in the car without encountering the asphalt, we had a lot of trouble getting it back out as it's so steep and narrow, so we parked somewhere else the next day. Communication about arrival was slow, it was stressful The trash sorting wasn't explained properly.

View was very nice. Though before making the reservation, I mentioned that we need late check out and agent said they will confirm that in the last day. Nobody notified us that late check would not possible and then, They begun to disturb us a lot to leave the house at 10.00... Setting check out time as 10.00 is pretty rude first of all. We are coming to rest and relax. We all need to be understandable and flexible.

The apartment was beautiful! So clean and looked brand new. Vanessa was super helpful and friendly and was a great host. We’d love to come back! The only thing we would say, if you come without a car, there is a very steep walk up to the apartment (only short though) However, completely fine with a taxi/if you don’t mind some brief exercise! 10/10 Thankyou Vanessa

Perfect place to stay for visiting lake Como. The apartment was very clean and well equipped with everything that we needed. Easy access to Argegno shops and restaurants. Parking space was an added bonus. .

  • For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
  • If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
  • Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.

  • A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
