Furnished with a queen-sized sleeper sofa, cozy armchairs, and a large smart TV, it is the perfect place to relax. Direct access to the terraces seamlessly blends indoor comfort with outdoor beauty.
Fully equipped kitchen
Cooking enthusiasts will appreciate the modern kitchen, equipped with brand new appliances and an island to create delicious dishes. The large dining table is perfect for entertaining a large family plus guests, whether you're preparing a quick breakfast or hosting a full dinner.

From the center of Menaggio, the property is reachable in one minute by car and in two or three minutes on foot. For those arriving or sightseeing by ferry, the Menaggio pier is only a 5-7 minute walk from the property or just a few minutes by car or taxi. The ferry takes about 10 minutes to/from Bellagio and about 20 minutes to/from Varenna. The property is therefore in a very convenient and strategic location. Once you reach the property, you need to climb three flights of stairs to reach the apartment, as it is on the third floor and there is no elevator.

We had an incredible stay at this Airbnb in Menaggio! The location was perfect—just a short walk to the lake, charming cafes, and ferry connections to explore Lake Como. The apartment was spotless, well-equipped, and had breathtaking views of the water and mountains. Waking up to that scenery every morning was a dream! Our host was fantastic—responsive, friendly, and full of great local recommendations. Everything from check-in to check-out was seamless. If you’re looking for a peaceful yet central place to stay in Lake Como, this is it! We can’t wait to come back. Highly recommended!

Our stay at Golden View was perfect. Everything was clean and ready for us when we arrived. The views were absolutely beautiful! We were able to park our rental car in the provided parking spot easily. The My Home in Como team was super helpful as well. We can’t wait to come back!!

Additional rules
- In order to access the property, it will be necessary to fill out the online check-in form (where the passport photographs of ALL the members who will stay will be requested) and in addition you are required to sign the rental contract for tourist use. Until it is completed, it will not be possible to enter the property. - For check-in after 7:00 pm and check-out after 10:00 am (if not authorized) an additional amount will be required which will be communicated upon arrival and must be paid through a link that will be sent by us.

- Cancel up to 30 days before your trip and get a full refund, including all fees.
- Cancel by noon on the day of check-in and get a 50% refund of the total nightly rate. You’ll also get a full refund of all fees.
- Cancel during your trip and you may be eligible for a partial refund.
- Cancel before noon local time during the trip and you’ll be refunded 50% of the remaining booking value, excluding fees.
- Cancel after noon local time during the trip and you’ll be refunded 50% of the remaining booking value, excluding that night and fees.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
