We had a great stay, the apartment was beautiful, everything was new with high-quality furniture and appliances. The location was great too, close to good restaurants and everything we needed. The only downside was that there was no way to heat the place until October 15, which we didn’t know beforehand. Other than that, everything was excellent!

This place is worth every penny!!!! Incredible location and a beautiful apartment. The pictures don’t even do it justice. Absolutely perfect location! Big spacious living room, great rooms, washer and dryer, fantastic kitchen. Everything was incredible and you are a 10 minute walk from the lake and like 10 minutes from the main square as well. Perfect place if you have a few friends who want to have an amazing stay in Como!!!

PLEASE NOTE! - To access the property, you will need: - Fill in the online check-in form (where you will be asked for photographs of the passports of ALL members who will be staying). - Sign the lease for tourist use. - Make a quick video call where all guests staying will have to show their IDs again so that they can be checked further. - Until EVERYTHING is completed, it will not be possible to enter the structure. THESE REQUIREMENTS ARE MANDATORY IN ORDER TO STAY IN THE STRUCTURE AND ARE REQUIRED BY ITALIAN LAW. ______________________ POSSIBLE ADDITIONAL FEES: - For CHECK-IN after 7:00 p.m. and CHECK-OUT after 10:00 a.m. (if not authorised), an additional sum will be requested, which will be communicated upon arrival and must be paid through a link that will be sent by us. - If the property is left in an unsuitable state, an additional sum will be requested due to overtime for cleaning. - Return keys
