Beautiful studio in a great location. hosts were very responsive and helpful. Air bnb was spacious and clean. Little bit of a miscommunication with number of beds. We were 5 people and the description said for 6 but there weren't enough beds to accomodate so we had to share beds which was ok but if you are singles it could be difficult. Pretty good setup but I would suggest providing hand towels for the bathrooms and kitchen. Separate from those for the guests. It was hard to clean and dry stuff inthe kitchen with no towels, we had to keep purchasing paper towels. It would also be helpful to have a manual with basic instructions on how to use the appliances as well as basic kitchen supplies like a small pan for making breakfast, condiments like salt/pepper, cooking oil, and dish soap. other than that i would highly recommend this place for anyone traveling to Como.

We had a great stay, the apartment was beautiful, everything was new with high-quality furniture and appliances. The location was great too, close to good restaurants and everything we needed. The only downside was that there was no way to heat the place until October 15, which we didn’t know beforehand. Other than that, everything was excellent!

This place is worth every penny!!!! Incredible location and a beautiful apartment. The pictures don’t even do it justice. Absolutely perfect location! Big spacious living room, great rooms, washer and dryer, fantastic kitchen. Everything was incredible and you are a 10 minute walk from the lake and like 10 minutes from the main square as well. Perfect place if you have a few friends who want to have an amazing stay in Como!!!

We had a wonderful long weekend in this beautiful home in Como. The house is stylish, very comfortable, and equipped with everything you might need. The location is perfect—peaceful yet close to the center and the lake. The host was friendly and easy to communicate with. Will do this again in november!!

Very good location. I recommend taking the car park that is offered with the rental. It's a plus, we don't waste time looking for a place to park. Accommodation in a very quiet backyard. You can do everything on foot in historic Como and then take the ferries to get around. Great city. Apartment faithful to the description and well-equipped

It was a nice apartment, clean and modern, in a lovely neighbourhood. Keep in mind that you have to collect the keys from the office which is in a different location, and the parking for the apartment is also a bit of a walk from the apartment so plan accordingly when arriving. Hosts were responsive and helpful.

Our apartment was very chic and in a wonderful location. Very close to all the restaurants and shops. The lake was a lovely 12 minute walk. The only issue we had was getting the AC to get below 23. We went and bought a fan and slept much better after the first night. That is not necessarily an issue with the apartment —we are spoiled Americans that sleep with the AC on 68 at night. I would definitely rent this apartment again.

This flat was an easy walk to all of historic Como. The directions to the location were perfect. The available on-site parking provided a great option for my family as we had a rental car for our visit. It was comfortable and well appointed. We would stay again.

We enjoyed our stay a lot, exactly as on the pictures. Only thing is that the AC was not working, so it was warmer than would have hoped.

Great stay! Apartment was clean, well stocked! Awesome location! One issue: AC was not working, so it got quite hot. Had to leave windows open day/night.
