The apartment is located on the fourth floor and is accessible by stairs, as there is no lift. Please note that the last flight of stairs is particularly narrow, and the staircase leading to the loft is quite steep.
The historical centre of Como is mainly a pedestrian area, and the apartment does not have a private parking space. The nearest street parking is in Viale Varese, around 500 metres away from the apartment. Parking is only allowed within the blue-striped parking spaces. You can park your car only within the blue stripes. Pay time is from 8 am to 8 pm. Pay at the machine and get the ticket to be put on the dashboard inside your car, or use the “EasyPark” app. There are also paid parking garages nearby: “JASCA” in nearby Piazza Volta, “CENTRO LAGO” with an entrance in Via Recchi, "VALDUCE” in Viale Lecco, and "TRIBUNALE” in Via Auguadri.

We had an enjoyable stay at the apartment. The hosts were very communicative when we had issues and sorted them, with very prompt responses on New Years Day which was appreciated. The upstairs bedroom is lovely and very comfortable, however the bed settee downstairs was uncomfortable. The bathroom was good, with plenty hot water and a good shower. There was no dishwasher although the listing and house manual stated there was one, and the washing machine did not work properly. The apartment itself was very quiet with no outside noise, apart from the church bells, so felt peaceful although it is in the main shopping area. The location of the apartment was fantastic, located in the pedestrian area with lots of shops, cafes, restaurants very close by and felt very safe.

Property Manager Terms
- For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
