Apartment was located about 30 second walk from the lake! Restaurants and shops are also a short walk, about 5 minutes (depending what you want). There is a small local supermarket across the road which is convenient. Overall we had a great stay here and was enough for 2 people. Having a coffee machine was a plus! and we enjoyed out stay here.

I really enjoyed my time here in Como. Attractions were in easy reach and I was treated to fine weather. A trip to Bellagio was excellent, as was the ride up the funicular and the churches were impressive.

Loved this place. Cozy and intimate. Having a washer helped a lot for traveling with few clothes. Loved the bathroom and the proximity to both the bus station and ticket office for the ferry. Highly recommend this if you want to be near the south of the lake.

Easy stay comfortable bed and clean place. Would stay again definitely recommend. Although it’s happen short circuit and need to walk downstairs to the switch boxes ourselves during the stay, but overall is quite nice.

The location was perfect. The apartment was big enough for 2 people. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was functional. I loved my stay and enjoyed the apartment. I wish I had stayed longer. I’ll definitely be back again and I recommend it to anyone who’s considering the place.

Beautiful apartment on the first floor overlooking Lake Como. Amenities as described and everything very clean and tidy. The only negative thing is that it is very loud at night and you can only sleep with the windows closed. The apartment is located directly above a snack bar where young people meet and are accordingly loud.

We stayed in this apartment for 3 nights, which was really very well thought out, very clean, very well equipped and extremely well located. However, be careful if you come by car, very little parking and everything is paid. Check-in and check-out are very easy. The apartment is very well located in the centre close to all amenities. (small tip for hosts: put up blackout curtains, because it's never really dark) Loved our stay. Thank You ☀️

The location was central and walkable distance to nearby sights and restaurant. The place was filled all the required amenities that would make your stay comfortable. We unfortunately lost electricity to our place at night, the neighbors were kind enough to help and the host was responsive to the situation. We had only 2 issues with the place: 1. The check in was a quite tedious process. Had to fill in a check in form, scan our passport details and sign a temporary tenancy agreement. After that, we had to go the office that was a 15-20 minute walk from the Airbnb location. Just so that that they scan our passport details again and send us the check in details online to get the keys. I'm not sure if this is the process needed for Como location, but we didn't face this issues in our other Italy accommodations. 2. The soundproofing of the place was not the best, as we got woken up by the morning rubbish collection at 6AM.

Experience to forget. The apartment stinks and is on the edge of habitability. It is in fact located on the first floor of a building and immediately below there is a Kebab shop. Noisy place, uncomfortable pillows, worn towels, stained bedspread, old flowers in the house. I rarely write reviews, even though I travel a lot, but I was compelled to do so in the hope that no other traveller will have a similar experience. Unfortunately, I was in Como for a very expensive training course and I had no extra budget, otherwise I would have gone elsewhere even though I had already paid for the three nights.

Very good apartment. Had all the comforts for a good stay. The location was less than 150 meters from the lake, bus station 50m, supermarket and restaurants very close by. We were given the keys as soon as we reach the train station, always friendly and very communicative. Recommended!!!

A very cozy apartment if you are party of two, with all amenities as described in the listing. The absolute best part about the property is it’s location and easy access to ferries which take you to the beautiful villages around the lake, some ferries could be fairly early morning which makes the location of the property even better. A lot of good restaurants in and around, including bus connectivity if you prefer that to the ferry. The only reason I could not give a 5 is that the WiFi wasn’t the best (had to ‘sadly’ take a couple of work calls on the day of leaving and had to drop the idea) and also, the door knob to turn and get in has a slight technique to it and the first night, we had to wait for help to arrive so that we could get in. Of course the response was prompt when we called and once we understood how to open, all was good but was a slight inconvenience after a long day to try and get in😊. Can definitely recommend this apartment,especially for its location😊!!

Such a great place! It was perfect for what I was looking for. The reviews are pretty accurate. It’s right above a restaurant, but I liked having the windows open and hearing the noise of the city. At night, I would just close the windows and shutters and turn on the air conditioning and had no problem with the noise. The Wi-Fi is spotty and my cell service wasn’t great but I took advantage by being less on my phone and it worked for the basics of what I needed. It’s such a convenient location. The train station is a three minute walk and you’re so close to the ferry, buses and waterfront which made it super easy coming from Milan with luggage. It’s such a cute little apartment and was a perfect stay for three days in Como with day trips elsewhere or just a lazy read on the couch. The hosts were super responsive and kind. I highly recommend!

Amazing spot , almost right away once you get out of the train station . It has everything close. Really safe! It has some Restaurante’s downstairs and sometimes if you left the windows open you can hear the conversations but at the end it makes you feel in Italy and safe because there’s people outside eating or just sharing. The only thing didn’t work was the WiFi but I used SIM so didn’t need it even though following the guest book instructions of turning off/ on . Besides that everything is more than great. Perfect spot for a couple. Lovely place and neighbors really gentle . Hope to come back

The apartment is clean, communication good and a very convenient location next to the lakes bars, restaurants and transport links. Can be noisy as the weekend as the apartment is located above a restaurant that stays open until early hours, we couldn't open the windows due to smells from the restaurant kitchen below. Overall the apartment is ok with no frills, for the cost and central location you get what you pay for.

Check-in was very easy, all the information was sent to us by email. The studio was clean and corresponded to the pictures. The location was convenient, very close to the lake and the city. However, the surroundings were very noisy and the window could only be opened temporarily due to the volume. Even at night it was sometimes noisy until 2am.

Great apartment, really clean, kitchen and bathroom well equipped. We loved the location, just 2 minutes away from the lake front and 5 minutes away from the heart of the town. The bus station is the front neighbor, but it wasn’t a problem nor too noisy as we could use the A/C at night. We loved taking our breakfast in the kitchen with the big windows open while watching the city slowly waking up. The only negative point would be the WiFi connection that isn’t that reliable and from time to time could be quite slow.

I loved the location of the apartment! It is a short walk to restaurants, shops, and the port to the ferries. Overall the apartment was very clean and the host was helpful with instructions on how to get to the location. They even had a list of places we should vist and eat. Hopefully this space is available for my next lake Como trip.

Really enjoyed our stay in this well equipped apartment. Very close to lake Como as well as shops and restaurants. There was a bit of noise early in the mornings from the bus station. Small issue with the apartment was dealt with by the host during our stay.
