A very cozy apartment if you are party of two, with all amenities as described in the listing. The absolute best part about the property is it’s location and easy access to ferries which take you to the beautiful villages around the lake, some ferries could be fairly early morning which makes the location of the property even better. A lot of good restaurants in and around, including bus connectivity if you prefer that to the ferry. The only reason I could not give a 5 is that the WiFi wasn’t the best (had to ‘sadly’ take a couple of work calls on the day of leaving and had to drop the idea) and also, the door knob to turn and get in has a slight technique to it and the first night, we had to wait for help to arrive so that we could get in. Of course the response was prompt when we called and once we understood how to open, all was good but was a slight inconvenience after a long day to try and get in😊. Can definitely recommend this apartment,especially for its location😊!!

• In order to access the property, you will need to fill out the online check-in form (where the passport photographs of ALL the members who will be staying will be required) and in addition you are required to sign the rental contract for tourist use. Until it is completed, it will not be possible to enter the property. • For check-in after 7:00 pm and check-out after 10:00 am (if not authorized) an additional amount will be required which will be communicated upon arrival and must be paid through a link that will be sent by us.

Property Manager Terms
- Cancel up to 7 days before your trip and get a full refund, including all fees.
- Cancel by noon on the day of check-in and get a 50% refund of the total nightly rate. You’ll also get a full refund of all fees.
- Cancel during your trip and you may be eligible for a partial refund.
- Cancel before noon local time during the trip and you’ll be refunded 50% of the remaining booking value, excluding fees.
- Cancel after noon local time during the trip and you’ll be refunded 50% of the remaining booking value, excluding that night and fees.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
