"Urban Oasis" is the ideal solution for a couple in search of tranquillity, peace, and privacy, without giving up the comforts of the city center. Located just a few minutes' walk from the lake, the Cathedral, and the Social Theatre, this apartment overlooks the historic pedestrian street named after the painter Bernardino Luini, enjoying the characteristic view of the ancient village of Lario.

The space

Furnished in a modern style, yet with a touch of class, this bright apartment in a historical city building serves as a great starting point to comfortably explore the city centre.
This apartment can accommodate up to 4 people, thanks to a double bedroom, a living room with a comfortable sofa bed, a modern equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower where you will also find a washing machine. Furthermore, both the bedroom and the living room are equipped with air conditioning, and you can enjoy free wi-fi.

The apartment is located on the second floor and is accessible via stairs.
The historical centre of Como is mainly a pedestrian area, and the apartment does not have a private parking space. The nearest street parking is in Viale Varese, around 500 metres away from the apartment. Parking is only allowed within the blue-striped parking spaces. You can park your car only within the blue stripes. Pay time is from 8 am to 8 pm. Pay at the machine and get the ticket to be put on the dashboard inside your car, or use the “EasyPark” app. There are also paid parking garages nearby: “JASCA” in nearby Piazza Volta, “CENTRO LAGO” with an entrance in Via Recchi, "VALDUCE” in Viale Lecco, and "TRIBUNALE” in Via Auguadri.

Excellent location Clean apartment There is no elevator and it is located on the second floor And no one receives you, you take the key, you go to another location to receive the key from the safe, then you return to your location I called a video on the green app to verify my identity The bedroom air conditioner is annoying

This place is extremely well located, right in the center of Como city. Lots of shops and restaurants at walking distance. The apartment itself is beautiful, spacious and well decorated! I can only recommend. :)

The Keys can be collected at a shop located in Viale Felice Cavallotti 2a, Como, 22100 ONLY after completing all the following steps: - Fill in the online check-in form (where passport photographs of ALL guests will be required). - Sign the tourist rental agreement. - Make a quick video call where all guests who stay will have to show the documents again so that they can be checked further. - Until EVERYTHING is completed, it will not be possible to enter the property. THESE ADEMPITIS ARE REQUIRED TO BE ABLE TO STAY IN THE STRUCTURE AND ARE REQUIRED BY ITALIAN LAW. At the end of the stay, the keys must be returned to the collection point by 10:00 a.m. ______________________ POSSIBLE ADDITIONAL FEES: - For check-in after 7:00 pm and check-out after 10:00 am (if not authorized) an additional amount will be required that will be communicated upon arrival and must be paid through a link that will be sent by us. - If the property is left in an inappropriate state, an additional amount due to overtime cleaning hours will be required. - If the keys are lost or not delivered to the collection point, a sum of €50 will be requested.

Property Manager Terms

For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
