"Urban Oasis" is the ideal solution for a couple in search of tranquillity, peace, and privacy, without giving up the comforts of the city center. Located just a few minutes' walk from the lake, the Cathedral, and the Social Theatre, this apartment overlooks the historic pedestrian street named after the painter Bernardino Luini, enjoying the characteristic view of the ancient village of Lario.

The space

Furnished in a modern style, yet with a touch of class, this bright apartment in a historical city building serves as a great starting point to comfortably explore the city centre.
This apartment can accommodate up to 4 people, thanks to a double bedroom, a living room with a comfortable sofa bed, a modern equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower where you will also find a washing machine. Furthermore, both the bedroom and the living room are equipped with air conditioning, and you can enjoy free wi-fi.

The apartment is located on the second floor and is accessible via stairs.
The historical centre of Como is mainly a pedestrian area, and the apartment does not have a private parking space. The nearest street parking is in Viale Varese, around 500 metres away from the apartment. Parking is only allowed within the blue-striped parking spaces. You can park your car only within the blue stripes. Pay time is from 8 am to 8 pm. Pay at the machine and get the ticket to be put on the dashboard inside your car, or use the “EasyPark” app. There are also paid parking garages nearby: “JASCA” in nearby Piazza Volta, “CENTRO LAGO” with an entrance in Via Recchi, "VALDUCE” in Viale Lecco, and "TRIBUNALE” in Via Auguadri.

This place is extremely well located, right in the center of Como city. Lots of shops and restaurants at walking distance. The apartment itself is beautiful, spacious and well decorated! I can only recommend. :)

Accommodation in pedestrian zone. There is no parking. Parking nearby all for a fee. On weekends it was a bit louder due to passers-by who were on their way home. We still enjoyed it very much. The central location is just great. Cafe, supermarket everything very close. We missed cooking spoons in the apartment. But the great kitchen balanced it. Large fridge, freezer, dishwasher, induction hob, microwave,... just everything there and very clean

Very good! But you have to check the flow of the shower and the flow of the bathroom sink! They get clogged very quickly!

The apartment itself was amazing - it was so beautiful inside & the location was perfect! The apartment was quiet on the weekend nights/mornings but on the Monday morning there was extremely loud construction happening inside the building. I don’t know if the host wasn’t aware of this but we were not told and this definitely effected our stay. Overall, I would recommend this place based off the location & the interior.

In order to access the property, it will be necessary to fill out the online check-in form (where the passport photographs of ALL the members who will be staying will be required) and in addition you are required to sign the rental contract for tourist use. Until it is completed, it will not be possible to enter the property. For check-in after 7:00 pm and check-out after 10:00 am (if not authorized) an additional amount will be required which will be communicated upon arrival and must be paid through a link that will be sent by us.

Cancel by noon on the day of check-in and get a 50% refund of the total nightly rate. You’ll also get a full refund of all fees.

Cancel before noon local time during the trip and you’ll be refunded 50% of the remaining booking value, excluding fees.
