"The Gallery" is a cosy, modernly furnished apartment just a few minutes' walk from the lakeside and the historic centre. The paintings hanging on the walls - some of which are nice reproductions of famous artworks like Edvard Munch's "The Scream," will at times make you feel at a modern art gallery, adding a touch of class to your stay. Additionally, the white walls make this apartment extremely bright.

The space

The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. There is a double bedroom that includes a single sofa bed, a living area with a beautiful modern kitchen equipped with all you will need, and a living room with a single sofa bed, as well as a spacious bathroom with a shower where you will also find a washing machine. Furthermore, to provide you with maximum comfort, all rooms are equipped with air conditioning and free wi-fi.

The apartment is located on the first floor and is accessible by stairs as there is no lift.
The apartment does not have private parking, but you can park on the street nearby. If you park within the paid blue zones, you can pay at the parking meter to obtain a parking ticket to place on your car's dashboard, or you can use the "Easy Park" application. The payment hours for parking are from 8 AM to 8 PM. In the city, there are also covered paid parking lots - "JASCA" in Piazza Volta being the closest, located approximately 10 minutes' walk from the property.

Easy access from the train station (10-minute walk) Close to the lake Spacious, bright property We liked the layout The waste sorting system didn't impress us during our 4-night stay (bins not closed). The bathroom lacks privacy, and we had to keep the shutters closed. In addition, the sleeping area overlooks a very busy and noisy street What a shame for such a nice flat!

The accommodation was tip-top, very spacious and clean. There were three of us, so someone slept on the sofa bed. But that was fine too. It is located close to the lake but about a 15-20-minute walk from the town centre. The only thing I can criticise is that there is no good privacy in the bathroom, and we sometimes had a bit of trouble with the key: you had to turn it about 5 times before the door would open, and then turn it back again to get the key out. The host always responded very quickly and was very friendly.

Very nice up to date place. It is on a very busy street but with shutters on the windows it did not disturb us. There are no basic cooking spices- like salt/ pepper if you are someone that wants to cook. It was very spacious and comfortable. It definitely fit our needs. I would book this again. The wifi was a bit tricky to figure out.

In order to access the property, it will be necessary to fill out the online check-in form (where the passport photographs of ALL the members who will be staying will be required) and in addition you are required to sign the rental contract for tourist use. Until it is completed, it will not be possible to enter the property. For check-in after 7:00 pm and check-out after 10:00 am (if not authorized) an additional amount will be required which will be communicated upon arrival and must be paid through a link that will be sent by us.

For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
