"The Gallery" is a cosy, modernly furnished apartment just a few minutes' walk from the lakeside and the historic centre. The paintings hanging on the walls - some of which are nice reproductions of famous artworks like Edvard Munch's "The Scream," will at times make you feel at a modern art gallery, adding a touch of class to your stay. Additionally, the white walls make this apartment extremely bright.

The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. There is a double bedroom that includes a single sofa bed, a living area with a beautiful modern kitchen equipped with all you will need, and a living room with a single sofa bed, as well as a spacious bathroom with a shower where you will also find a washing machine. Furthermore, to provide you with maximum comfort, all rooms are equipped with air conditioning and free wi-fi.

The apartment is located on the first floor and is accessible by stairs as there is no lift.
The apartment does not have private parking, but you can park on the street nearby. If you park within the paid blue zones, you can pay at the parking meter to obtain a parking ticket to place on your car's dashboard, or you can use the "Easy Park" application. The payment hours for parking are from 8 AM to 8 PM. In the city, there are also covered paid parking lots - "JASCA" in Piazza Volta being the closest, located approximately 10 minutes' walk from the property.

After remote working in the apartment for 4 weeks, I can honestly say it felt home straightaway! The location is perfect! A short walk to Como centre, the lake, restaurants, shops and the train station. The apartment is as described. Very clean and comfortable. The WiFi is great for remote working. And the kitchen is perfect for cooking at home. Even though there is no parking on site, there is plenty of car parking nearby.

Great place to stay in Como. Very accessible from Como San Giovanni train station and to downtown Como. Huge place and amazing value! The only thing is that there was construction happening nearby while we stayed there and we noticed the sound insulation is not great - made the traffic noticeable on Via Borgovico. Great host and would recommend staying here again!

The apartment is large and has recently been improved and the interior doors have not been improved as they are old and do not close The location is far from the center, 15 minutes on foot and there is no insulation as we hear the sounds of the road, the bed and the average comfort and the apartment is clean and needs to be improved more

Lovely apartment, bigger than I expected from the photos. great decor and location and the instructions to get there and gain access was clear and easy. Highly recommended, would stay here again.

Very original and very roomy apartment for two. Responsive and available host. Apartment quite close to the station on foot,a little more from the center but very decent because I like to walk so I don't mind. I recommend it.

    In order to access the property, it will be necessary to fill out the online check-in form (where the passport photographs of ALL the members who will be staying will be required) and in addition you are required to sign the rental contract for tourist use. Until it is completed, it will not be possible to enter the property. For check-in after 7:00 pm and check-out after 10:00 am (if not authorized) an additional amount will be required which will be communicated upon arrival and must be paid through a link that will be sent by us.

  • Cancel up to 7 days before your trip and get a full refund, including all fees.
  • Cancel by noon on the day of check-in and get a 50% refund of the total nightly rate. You’ll also get a full refund of all fees.
  • Cancel during your trip and you may be eligible for a partial refund.
  • Cancel before noon local time during the trip and you’ll be refunded 50% of the remaining booking value, excluding fees.
  • Cancel after noon local time during the trip and you’ll be refunded 50% of the remaining booking value, excluding that night and fees.
  • Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
  • Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
  • A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
