The lobby of this building is a stunning traditional spanish style courtyard and the apartment is located off this beautiful central courtyard.

The space

This spacious contemporary apartment has been completely re-built to an extremely good quality and fitted with superior fittings and furnishings throughout the apartment to make this a truly beautiful holiday rental property.

The property consists of a very sizeable living room with a dining area, a delightful lounge area and a splendid american-style kitchen. The living room has a fantastic view over the picturesque main square.

There is a spacious double bedroom located at the back so therefore it is quiet and no noise from the square or the street. Also the bathroom is located between the living room and the bedroom.

The kitchen is totally fitted out with all utensils and appliances.

The apartment met all our expectations - clean, spacious and comfortable. The location is outstanding - close to the boardwalk along the water, as well as shops, restaurants, grocery stores, and the bus and train stations. From our window, we had a great view of the plaza below and we enjoyed people watching and viewing lots of the activities. We would not hesitate to recommend this apartment to others.

It was a pleasure to stay in the apartment, close to everything but without the hassle of the first line. Parking is the most complicated thing. You have paid parking in front of the apartment or a blue zone, also paid. We chose to go a little further away and we have always found parking. A place to repeat 100%.

Matched the photos, Spanish feel not modern but everything you need is there. Great communication and very central to beach, restaurants and train station. Very nice week indeed thanks
