With 3 air-conditioned bedrooms (2 double rooms, 1 twin room), a bright indoor veranda with a panoramic view, and a large living area, the apartment is a hymn to brightness and style. The outdoor area is the focal point for any guests who wish to experience the beauty of the lake in complete tranquility and privacy
The dining room communicates with the fully-equipped kitchen: for the guests' comfort, there is a Nespresso machine, a fridge & a freezer, a dishwasher, a toaster, and a kettle. There is also another bigger fridge and a washing machine in another room.
In the apartment, there are 2 bathrooms: one with a whirlpool tub, and the other with a shower.
On the terrace, there are seats for 6 people. Dinner with a lake view, a family lunch, a Spritz sipped at sunset... In short, any excuse is valid to take advantage of the comfortable deckchairs, the sofa, and the large outdoor table!
A convenient private garage with one parking spot is available to the guests at no extra fee. There are also parking spaces next to the building (if you need to park more than one car).
Baby beds are available at an extra cost.
Extra cleaning and linen are available at an additional cost.
