We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. The location is excellent – everything is within easy walking distance, and both train and bus stations are very close by. Perfect for trips to Lugano, Milan or Bellagio. The city centre can also be reached on foot in around 10 minutes. We stayed there for 5 days with our two children (aged 4 and 7), and they also felt very comfortable. The apartment is very clean, tastefully decorated and well equipped – you immediately feel at home. The value for money is also definitely right and is absolutely fair for the quality provided. The private garage was a big plus and was definitely well worth it. Overall a completely successful stay. We would be delighted to come back, and we can wholeheartedly recommend this accommodation.

The stay was very nice. White themed beautiful and ultra modern apartment with nice functionality. Everything was wll organised. Beautiful little garden at the back with view of the hills. 2 minute walk away from Como San Giivanni station so easy access to train and buses into Milan and from the Malpense airport. Only a 8 to 10 minite walk downhill to the lakefront and restaurants.

- For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
