We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. The location is excellent – everything is within easy walking distance, and both train and bus stations are very close by. Perfect for trips to Lugano, Milan or Bellagio. The city centre can also be reached on foot in around 10 minutes. We stayed there for 5 days with our two children (aged 4 and 7), and they also felt very comfortable. The apartment is very clean, tastefully decorated and well equipped – you immediately feel at home. The value for money is also definitely right and is absolutely fair for the quality provided. The private garage was a big plus and was definitely well worth it. Overall a completely successful stay. We would be delighted to come back, and we can wholeheartedly recommend this accommodation.

The stay was very nice. White themed beautiful and ultra modern apartment with nice functionality. Everything was wll organised. Beautiful little garden at the back with view of the hills. 2 minute walk away from Como San Giivanni station so easy access to train and buses into Milan and from the Malpense airport. Only a 8 to 10 minite walk downhill to the lakefront and restaurants.

We really enjoyed our stay, the location close to the station and also the historic center. Everything was clean and well equipped. I think it's worth changing the double mattress, which is a little worn.

A really comfortable and well looked after apartment. Very close to the station which was great for us. Also not far from the centre of town and the lake. The Aircon and blackout blinds meant we slept really well. The host was very helpful and responsive.

We absolutely love the place. It is very clean, walking distant to all the major historical sites. The office staff was courteous and very helpful. We were able to drop our luggages at the office to enjoy worry free travelling before the check-in. The parking space is a bit tight for our rented DS 7, but not a problem if someone guided you. We will definitely come by again.

Very bright and clean place. Easy to find. Close to trains and buses. Lake ferry, Grocery store and shopping with in walking distance. I never needed a taxi, instead I walked to Lake Como shore and the restaurants nearby. Very safe location. Also very quiet and peaceful location. Everything is as advertised. The host is very prompt and responsive. I would definitely stay here again.

This apartment was first class. Everything we needed and so convenient to the train/ bus station. Within easy walking distance of the town and port for ferries. I would highly recommend this location if you are planning a visit to Como as it’s an excellent place from which to explore other towns around Lake Como.

Very well located apartment, 5 min walk to the city center of Como. Very clean, new, bright, all the necessary equipment. The parking space is a real plus when you have a vehicle, given the parking prices in Italy. Very nice terrace.

The accommodation is very well and practically furnished, well cut and very modern, with everything you need! Fits perfectly for up to 4 people. A terrace overlooking the mountains is really great !!! Underground parking space in the house mattered to us! Check-in has been very simple. Less than 10 minutes walk to the city center or to the pier on Lake Como. Definitely recommend !!!

This Airbnb is perfect, right next to the train station, and 10 mins walk to the city center. All the facilities in the apartment is super new and clean. New TV new washing machine etc. And there is also a huge outdoor space where guests can chill at. There are a few minor issues. The check in process is a bit complicated as there are more than 8 keys provided for check in, while for check in there is only 2-3 keys needed, so I am not sure why the host add so much keys in the chain which cause confusion. Also the hood at the kitchen sometimes turn on by itself because it dedects me walking pass, and I have to manually turn it off multiple times. However with that said, I think this Airbnb is very neat and new, so I will still recommend it.

The appartment is just excellent! Clean, walking distance to the center, small kitchen with everything you need, garage, terrace! We really enjoyed our short stay over the weekend here and didn't miss a single thing! Also great communication with clear instructions on how to find keys and entrance! I can just recommend this place.

Very nice location, conveniently close to the train station and within walking distance from the historical centre and lake. Extremely kind and helpful staff. The flat looked better than in pictures, very clean and airy. Besides the bed in the bedroom we also used the sofa, which was also comfortable. We had a really nice stay and we'll definitely consider it as an option when we return to Como.

It is the perfect appartment with all the equipment/luxury needed and perfect location. With the instructions checkin and -out was very easy. Very much recommended for 2-3 people visiting Como for a few days!

The apartment is very clean! New apartment with air conditioning, very modernly furnished. Location is perfect, no noise. Outside the city, but everything is 10 minutes away. Lockable garage available. Highly recommend!

Fantastic stay well-located next to the train station and near town. Gabriele was a great host and gave us personalized recommendations for how to spend time in town. The apartment is very nice & modern, good AC and amenities and a nice outdoor porch overlooking the city and the lake. Check-in and check-out processes were both seamless. Would definitely recommend and would absolutely stay again given the chance!

I like the apartment, has great terrace! With nice view. I can call it smart home as well.. I think its suit more to 2 person rather than 4, or parents with a child. Over all its highly recommended!
