Apartment as shown in the photos with a nice little terrace. It was extremely clean and very well located. Very quick responses from the host. They even gave us two extra hours before departure. I would not hesitate to go back.

Amazing stay. The place was clean, great location, and easy to access. I really enjoyed staying here. It was close to a bunch of shopping, restaurants, and everything was within walking distance. They were so kind and responsive. The balcony was just phenomenal. If you can stay here I definitely would!

The appartment is just beautiful. Have rented several appartments in Italy, and the standard for this appartment is better than usual for Italy. Its modern, bright, high under the ceiling and the balcony is wonderful! In the middel of Como it is still not noisy at night. If I go to Como again I will stay here 😀👍

Perfect location!. Good restaurants nearby and pier was a few minutes walk. Staff was extremely cooperative and goes out of the way to meet us at the train station for smooth check in. Apartment was very clean and towels and linen was provided.

We had a great stay. The apartment was exactly what it looks like in the description. Location is great. Very near to the ferry terminal if you want to go to Bellagio and Varenna. It would be ideal if the washer and dryer are inside the apartment itself. Nevertheless, the host is always very helpful and responsive. We really appreciate it. Thanks, we had a lovely time in Como.

My Home In Como exceeded all expectations! The apartment was immaculate, beautifully designed, and equipped with every comfort needed for a perfect stay. The location couldn’t be better—nestled in the heart of Como, just a short stroll from the lake, charming cafes, and local shops. It was the ideal base for exploring the area, yet it was wonderfully quiet and peaceful at night. The host was exceptional—warm, welcoming, and incredibly responsive. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was seamless, offering great recommendations and assisting with every request. Their genuine hospitality made us feel truly at home. we loved the location close to food, shopping , water boats, trams. the building architecture was amazing, with our beauitful french doors onto our patio which is looking up the funicular path up the hillsides. such a memory. thank you so much for the stay, Cindie

The house is beautiful, clean and very wonderful, and its location is special and the place is safe to add to the trips of beauty and comfort and I advise anyone to stay in this residence, especially the Gulf people, but it is lacking the parking lot, and if you repeat my visit to me Como I will stay in the same residence

This is my 2nd visit to this great property. Right in the heart of Como perfect location in a safe, private building. Literally 60 second walk to the lake and full of surrounding restaurants and bars. Property is right in front of the Domo which is beautiful to wake up to. Inside the unit is modern and has everything including a nice coffee machine which they provide. The unit is one of many managed by the same company on a private floor of the building. The fact that they have multiple units also make it a great option for large families. For this trip we had 3 units all right next to each other to fit our large family. It feels more like staying in a nice hotel. Highly recommend!!!

The host was incredibly accommodating and helpful, always willing to answer our questions. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean, stylishly furnished and had all the amenities we needed to feel at home. The location was ideal – central enough to reach everything by foot. The best location possible in the Como Old Town. The building is easily accessible using the entry details provided by the host. The Como Cathedral is on 100 meters from the flat as well as many of the restaurants, shops and points-of-interest. There is a big terrace for the flat that looks east towards the village of Brunate, above the city of Como. We come to Como quite often from Zürich and were very happy with the choice of our Airbnb flat!

This vacation rental agency did a 5-star job on all aspects of our stay: communicative, helpful and honest. They helped us arrange airport transfers and recommended wonderful activities and restaurants nearby in Como city. The property itself is a wonderful new construction with old-world charm. The terrace overlooks the Brunate funicular and was a wonderful feature. It was spectacularly clean and the amenities all worked as listed. It was comfortable and well-located. We couldn't really ask for more and had a wonderful stay.

The Brunate Suite was the perfect home away from home for our family’s first trip to Como. Some highlights … cold air conditioning, modern furniture, responsive management, convenient laundry, historic architectural details and a private terrace with afternoon shade. The only thing we forgot to ask for were blankets for the beds. If only the Lake Como ferries were as lovely and turn key… We will absolutely stay here again the next time we’re in Como.

Everything perfect in our stay in Como, easy access place, near Duomo and the port to take the boats for tour, in addition to great restaurants and nearby stores, all perfect. High-quality towels and sheets. In addition to a common laundry room with a dryer which was very important in our trip with children!!! Highly recommend!!

This apartment was absolutely the best in every way. There were three of us and we were very comfortable. The flat was very clean, tastefully decorated and had everything we needed including a washing machine which came in handy after traveling for 10 days. The location was ideal because it was close to the lake, duomo, shops , and wonderful restaurants. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay.

Stop looking for another place in Como and book this place IMMEDIATELY. Again, with full sincerity: you will NOT regret booking this location as it cannot be beat. We absolutely LOVED our stay here, which included with a 2 year-old, and cannot say enough positive things about it. It’s location is perfect—5 minutes walk from the lake, 5 minutes walk from great food/snacks, and 5 minutes from great shopping. There’s also a playground for kids right on the lake too. The hosts were very kind and communicative, the room was beautiful inside and out (there’s an awesome porch!), and the beds/bathrooms were clean and comfy. We couldn’t ask for more, and if we ever do come back to Como this is for sure where we’ll be staying!

We just had the best week! We were worried about going in off season, but it was still just a beautiful! The home was lovely and perfect. I would recommend this home to anyone! The host is responsive and very helpful with lots of local recommendations.

The good things about the apartment; - Newly renovated - same as the photos - Very good location - within walking distance to almost everywhere - Very responsive host - Flexible Check-in (We checked in around 12:30) Things to improve; - Cleanness - I had to vacuum clean myself the floors again, dust was everywhere and I have a baby crawling on the floor which was not ok for me. - Kitchen - Even though the appliances and tools were good enough for cooking, there were no main ingredients in the kitchen for cooking such as olive oil, salt etc. Especially if you are staying only for couple of days it is not sustainable to buy them on your own for big amounts. - Heating System; The bedroom downstairs was quite small hence getting warm quite fast when the door was closed while the rest of the apartment was still chilly. - Security; Even though having one password for all of the access was quite handy but not having the option to lock the entrance door of the apartment didn't feel safe

This apartment was perfect for our stay in Como. The apartment is in a historical building but has clearly been recently renovated. It is spacious, very clean and a sufficient amount of space for a group of 4. We loved the central location: very close to the port, duomo, and the central shopping area of town with lots of restaurants and bars nearby. It is about a 15-minute walk from the train station. The apartment is equipped with everything you'll need for your stay. Highly recommend!

Our stay in the Suite Brunate was lovely! The place is just as advertised and it was very clean and well decorated. Highlight was definitely the beautiful private patio attached to the unit - such a nice place to sit in the morning!!

We have stayed in Como a few times now, and this apartment is the best we have been to in terms of space and location. Having a balcony with views over to Brunate was tremendous. The apartment was easy to access and was spotlessly clean. Any issues we had (the power cut out one evening) we’re dealt with swiftly, and contact/communications with the host was excellent.

The location of the apartment is excellent. Right in the city centre and also very close to the lake. The instructions you get online to have access are very clear and communication is very good. There is nice terracce with a great view on the the hill!

Stayed for 4 nights in July with 2 adults and two teenagers aged 16 + 17 (who shared the bed on the main floor). 2 bathrooms was very helpful. Place very clean. Easy check out. Super close to the water in Como and walking distance to both train stations. The outside terrace was especially appreciated. Overall a really great place and we'd stay there again.
