The space
"Suite Brunate" can accommodate up to 5 guests. There are two bedrooms – one (in the loft) with a double bed, one with a single bed. Additionally, there is a sofa bed in the living room. The Suite has two bathrooms. There is a balcony and a terrace.Guest access

There is an elevator in the building, but the apartment is not adapted for permanent wheelchair users. There are stairs in the apartment (leading to the loft).
The historical center of Como is mainly a pedestrian area. It is possible to arrive at Palazzo Visconti by car to drop off the luggage, but the nearest parking is available in Viale Lecco, about 400 meters from the apartment. You can park your car only within the blue stripes. Pay time is from 8 am to 8 pm. Pay at the machine and get the ticket to be put on the dashboard inside your car, or use the “EasyPark” app.
There are also paid parking garages nearby: “JASCA” in nearby Piazza Volta, “CENTRO LAGO” with an entrance in Via Recchi, "VALDUCE” in Viale Lecco, and "TRIBUNALE” in Via Auguadri.

We had a great stay. The apartment was exactly what it looks like in the description. Location is great. Very near to the ferry terminal if you want to go to Bellagio and Varenna. It would be ideal if the washer and dryer are inside the apartment itself. Nevertheless, the host is always very helpful and responsive. We really appreciate it. Thanks, we had a lovely time in Como.

My Home In Como exceeded all expectations! The apartment was immaculate, beautifully designed, and equipped with every comfort needed for a perfect stay. The attention to detail was impressive, from the stylish furnishings to an accommodating kitchen. The location couldn’t be better—nestled in the heart of Como, just a short stroll from the lake, charming cafes, and local shops. It was the ideal base for exploring the area, yet it was wonderfully quiet and peaceful at night. The host was exceptional—warm, welcoming, and incredibly responsive. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was seamless, offering great recommendations and assisting with every request. Their genuine hospitality made us feel truly at home. We can’t wait to return!

we loved the location close to food, shopping , water boats, trams. the building architecture was amazing, with our beauitful french doors onto our patio which is looking up the funicular path up the hillsides. such a memory. thank you so much for the stay, Cindie

Additional rules
In order to access the property, it will be necessary to fill out the online check-in form (where the passport photographs of ALL the members who will be staying will be required) and in addition you are required to sign the rental contract for tourist use. Until it is completed, it will not be possible to enter the property. For check-in after 7:00 pm and check-out after 10:00 am (if not authorized) an additional amount will be required which will be communicated upon arrival and must be paid through a link that will be sent by us.

Property Manager Terms
- Cancel up to 7 days before your trip and get a full refund, including all fees.
- Cancel by noon on the day of check-in and get a 50% refund of the total nightly rate. You’ll also get a full refund of all fees.
- Cancel during your trip and you may be eligible for a partial refund.
- Cancel before noon local time during the trip and you’ll be refunded 50% of the remaining booking value, excluding fees.
- Cancel after noon local time during the trip and you’ll be refunded 50% of the remaining booking value, excluding that night and fees.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
