If you are a large group or an extended family, you should know that the Bella Lì apartment is located within a complex where our agency manages three other similar and comfortable apartments. The apartments Bel Fioeu, Bella Vita and Belsit can be booked individually or together with Bella Lì, allowing you to stay very close to your friends or family members. Please note that the two swimming pools are shared with the guests of the other apartments and are not heated. The pools are closed during the winter season. You will also find free parking within the property grounds.

This was a beautiful apartment in Menaggio! The part that was not good for us was that we really didn’t get to enjoy the apartment itself because our stay was so short! My 18 year old son and I stayed here as a short excursion before he started college at Milan. This apartment is better suited for either a full family or two couples spending a week there! The balcony was lovely! You could spend all evening lounging there, enjoying drinks and dinner! We didn’t do that however because we chose to do a boat tour and a bike tour so we were gone most of the time. I recommend this apartment for visitors who would like to get real relaxation in, enjoy the views and not rush around doing all the touristy activities! We thought we would be enjoying the swimming pool but there just wasn’t enough time for that! There also were not very many restaurants in Menaggio, another reason why this apartment is great for visitors who want to stay settled in the apartment, cooking, etc….

This is a beautiful, well-appointed unit with an amazing lake view. The outdoor patio is spacious and has wonderful views. Everything is new and in great condition. The kitchen was pristine and had everything we needed. You can walk into Menaggio down quiet streets and easily get to the ferry. The large Carrefour is just over the hill 15 minutes away in Porlezza. The pool and jacuzzi area look wonderful although they had just closed it for the season before we arrived. We would definitely stay in this unit again.

We had a great stay. The property was very comfortable and well equipped, and the view of the lake was fantastic. My Home in Como was responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay again. The property is up a hill, so a car is advisable, however we didn’t have one and were able to walk to/from the village centre/ferry terminal in around 10-15 minutes.

Great place. Was the first stay, so we were taking a chance but it worked out great. Highly recommend having a car, you can walk to the main square and back but it’s much easier to drive down and park as there’s plenty of parking in Menaggio. Would definitely consider returning in the future.

THESE REQUIREMENTS ARE MANDATORY IN ORDER TO STAY IN THE STRUCTURE AND ARE REQUIRED BY ITALIAN LAW. ______________________ POSSIBLE ADDITIONAL FEES: - For CHECK-IN after 7:00 p.m. and CHECK-OUT after 10:00 a.m. (if not authorised), an additional sum will be requested, which will be communicated upon arrival and must be paid through a link that will be sent by us. - If the property is left in an unsuitable state, an additional sum will be requested due to overtime for cleaning.

- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
