Located just a few minutes' walk from the lake, the Duomo, and the Teatro Sociale, this airy apartment overlooks the historic pedestrian street named after the painter Bernardino Luini, enjoying the characteristic view of the ancient Lario village.
This apartment can accommodate up to 4 people, thanks to a double bedroom with a convenient walk-in closet, a living room with a comfortable sofa bed, a modern, fully equipped kitchen - induction stove, hood, dishwasher, etc., and a bathroom with a shower. The apartment also features air conditioning in the living room, a washer-dryer, and free wi-fi.
The historical centre of Como is mainly a pedestrian area, and the apartment does not have a private parking space. The nearest street parking is in Viale Varese, around 500 metres away from the apartment. Parking is only allowed within the blue-striped parking spaces. You can park your car only within the blue stripes. Pay time is from 8 am to 8 pm. Pay at the machine and get the ticket to be put on the dashboard inside your car, or use the “EasyPark” app. There are also paid parking garages nearby: “JASCA” in nearby Piazza Volta, “CENTRO LAGO” with an entrance in Via Recchi, "VALDUCE” in Viale Lecco, and "TRIBUNALE” in Via Auguadri.
Baby beds are available at an extra cost.

We had a wonderful time and it felt straight away like we were at home. It was super clean and had everything what we needed as a small family with child. We loved the destination. It was very central so that we were able to spontaneously go out and do many things. Transportation with the train to Milano was also possible. We would love to come back.

If you’re staying in como this apartment is one not to be missed! The location was absolutely perfect, making it easy to explore the town and enjoy the lake. The apartment itself was beautifully styled with thoughtful decor, creating a homely and relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommend and would love to stay again!

Additional rules
- In order to access the property, it will be necessary to fill out the online check-in form (where the passport photographs of ALL the members who will stay will be requested) and in addition you are required to sign the rental contract for tourist use. Until it is completed, it will not be possible to enter the property. - For check-in after 7:00 pm and check-out after 10:00 am (if not authorized) an additional amount will be required which will be communicated upon arrival and must be paid through a link that will be sent by us.

- Cancel up to 7 days before your trip and get a full refund, including all fees.
- Cancel by noon on the day of check-in and get a 50% refund of the total nightly rate. You’ll also get a full refund of all fees.
- Cancel during your trip and you may be eligible for a partial refund.
- Cancel before noon local time during the trip and you’ll be refunded 50% of the remaining booking value, excluding fees.
- Cancel after noon local time during the trip and you’ll be refunded 50% of the remaining booking value, excluding that night and fees.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
