The space
This bright and finely furnished apartment with exposed wooden beams is located in a historic city building, making it a great starting point for comfortably exploring the city centre.This apartment can accommodate up to 4 people, thanks to a double bedroom with a convenient walk-in closet, a living room with a comfortable sofa bed, a modern, fully equipped kitchen - induction stove, hood, dishwasher, etc., and a bathroom with a shower. The apartment also features air conditioning in the living room, a washer-dryer, and free wi-fi.

The apartment is located on the first floor and is accessible via stairs.The historical centre of Como is mainly a pedestrian area, and the apartment does not have a private parking space. The nearest street parking is in Viale Varese, around 500 metres away from the apartment. Parking is only allowed within the blue-striped parking spaces. You can park your car only within the blue stripes. Pay time is from 8 am to 8 pm. Pay at the machine and get the ticket to be put on the dashboard inside your car, or use the “EasyPark” app. There are also paid parking garages nearby: “JASCA” in nearby Piazza Volta, “CENTRO LAGO” with an entrance in Via Recchi, "VALDUCE” in Viale Lecco, and "TRIBUNALE” in Via Auguadri.

Warning: During our visit, we found bed bugs – an absolute no-go. Contact with the office was also very poor: instead of helping us and getting us out of the accommodation quickly, we were repeatedly fobbed off on the phone. Among other things, we were instructed to wait several hours for a solution from them. We were not offered replacement accommodation. The money was also not fully refunded. All in all, very disappointing. Only Airbnb support was able to help us.

Great apartment, very well located in the centre of Como, with very cosy decoration and very high-end amenities. The only downside is that there is only one air conditioning unit in the living room (insufficient to cool the room during a heatwave). Very well organised check-in/out procedure but a little cumbersome for my taste (especially the online form that asks for photos of all the ID documents of all tenants and a selfie of the main tenant with their own ID document, the video call in the presence of all tenants with their ID cards before collecting the keys, sending the photo of the keys in the locker after check-out). Despite this, we had a wonderful time! This is an apartment we recommend!

We enjoyed our stay! The accommodation is super central – you are in the middle of the city in a few minutes. From here, we took great day trips to Milan and Lugano and also spent a relaxing day in Como, which we also liked very much. We can definitely recommend the accommodation. A note for future guests: since it is in the middle of the city, it can be a bit louder in the evening and at night. But that didn't bother us personally – we felt completely comfortable!

PLEASE NOTE! The Keys can be collected at a shop located in Viale Felice Cavallotti 2a, Como, 22100 ONLY after completing all the following steps: - Fill in the online check-in form (where passport photographs of ALL guests will be required). - Sign the tourist rental agreement. - Make a quick video call where all guests who stay will have to show the documents again so that they can be checked further. - Until EVERYTHING is completed, it will not be possible to enter the property. THESE ADEMPITIS ARE REQUIRED TO BE ABLE TO STAY IN THE STRUCTURE AND ARE REQUIRED BY ITALIAN LAW. At the end of the stay, the keys must be returned to the collection point by 10:00 a.m. ______________________ POSSIBLE ADDITIONAL FEES: - For check-in after 7:00 pm and check-out after 10:00 am (if not authorized) an additional amount will be required that will be communicated upon arrival and must be paid through a link that will be sent by us. - If the property is left in an inappropriate state, an additional amount due to overtime cleaning hours will be required. - If the keys are lost or not delivered to the collection point, a sum of €50 will be requested. - Return keys

Property Manager Terms
- For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
