There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed - equipped with a spacious walk-in closet, and one with two single beds, a living area with a fully equipped kitchen and a living room, and two bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a whirlpool bathtub and a washing machine. Furthermore, all rooms have air conditioning and free wi-fi is available for guests.Guest access
The apartment is located on the first floor and is accessible by lift - which can be reached by climbing a flight of 15 steps.The apartment has no private parking. However, you can still park on the street in the road where the property is located.

In this property, pets are not allowed.Baby beds are available at an extra cost.

FIrstly- I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY! Positives: the sofa was large & comfortable. The beds were ok. The bathrooms were nice The location ok but bit far out. Negatives: the kitchen badly supplied,we 4 had to share 3 mugs- there were 4 but 1 was badly cracked. There were very few utensils, pots, pans etc. The beds didn't have proper sheets or covers. No mirror in 1 bedroom. The furniture throughout was soulless & bland, reminiscent of a student flat rather than an apartment in Como. There was no art work on the walls or any type of personalization- just drab & plain throughout. Registration process was complicated- a form requiring all types of downloads then insisting we all video call &show our passports- claimed this was Italian law but I doubt it.Our last day was ruined by a leak coming through the ceiling. We had to investigate the leak, clean up & monitor it all day & wait for the agency to send someone. When we requested a refund for that last day they ignored our request.

We visited Italy for the first time and decided to stay in Como outside of Milan. Check in process was straight forward and hassle free. The apartment was very well appointed, yet not cluttered, or over done. Loved the windows with exterior blinds and beautiful view from the balcony. Kitchen was very nice and included all utensils and appliances. You could easily cook your own meals if desired, although we ate out. :) The bedrooms and bathrooms were very nice. I would note, there is a very steep driveway (maybe 150 meters?) leading up to the apartment from the main street and also 2 flights stairs inside apartment building. For elderly and those with mobility issues you absolutely would need a car. However my daughter and I walked everywhere and had no issues. There’s large supermarket 15 min walk and many coffee shops and cafes. Lake Como is approximately 30 min walk. I would definitely recommend this apartment if you’re staying in Como.

PLEASE NOTE! - To access the property, you will need: - Fill in the online check-in form (where you will be asked for photographs of the passports of ALL members who will be staying). - Sign the lease for tourist use. - Make a quick video call where all guests staying will have to show their IDs again so that they can be checked further. - Until EVERYTHING is completed, it will not be possible to enter the structure. THESE REQUIREMENTS ARE MANDATORY IN ORDER TO STAY IN THE STRUCTURE AND ARE REQUIRED BY ITALIAN LAW. ______________________ POSSIBLE ADDITIONAL FEES: - For CHECK-IN after 7:00 p.m. and CHECK-OUT after 10:00 a.m. (if not authorised), an additional sum will be requested, which will be communicated upon arrival and must be paid through a link that will be sent by us. - If the property is left in an unsuitable state, an additional sum will be requested due to overtime for cleaning.

Property Manager Terms
- For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
