The space
The large spaces are suitable for up to 4 guests. There are 2 bedrooms – one with a double bed, the other with two single beds. Our visitors will also appreciate the modern and equipped kitchen with an induction stove. The terrace is mesmerizing, and many small lights create a romantic and sparkling atmosphere. The newly built apartment is on the second floor with an elevator, but there are some steps before the elevator.There is no private parking, but street parking is available. In Via Rezzonico, you can park your car only within the blue stripes. Pay time is from 8 am to 8 pm. Pay at the machine and get the ticket, or use the "EasyPark" app. There are also paid parking garages in the city: “VALDUCE” in Viale Lecco, “JASCA” in Piazza Volta, “CENTRO LAGO” with an entrance in Via Recchi, and “TRIBUNALE” in Via Auguadri.

We had a very nice stay (10 days) and were really thrilled with the apartment. Super clean, spacious (we had very nice weather and could therefore also use the very large and cosy terrace) and very central. The city centre and the lake are 5 minutes' walk away. Milan can be reached by train in 60 minutes, Bergamo, Lugano and many other beautiful destinations in the vicinity. So there's always something to experience. It was a really nice holiday.

- very comfortable beds - Clean bathroom - Kitchen equipment could be better (1. Wine glasses were missing, but were organised and delivered by the accommodation the same evening - very good. / 2. Refrigerator did not cool well, freezer compartment not clean / 3. Kitchen paper had to be organised by yourself. / Otherwise OK) - There were no seat cushions in the lounge on the terrace

PLEASE NOTE! The Keys can be collected at a shop located in Via Alessandro Manzoni 10/E, Como, 22100 ONLY after completing all the following steps: - Fill in the online check-in form (where passport photographs of ALL guests will be required). - Sign the tourist rental agreement. - Make a quick video call where all guests who stay will have to show the documents again so that they can be checked further. - Until EVERYTHING is completed, it will not be possible to enter the property. THESE ADEMPITIS ARE REQUIRED TO BE ABLE TO STAY IN THE STRUCTURE AND ARE REQUIRED BY ITALIAN LAW. At the end of the stay, the keys must be returned to the pick up point by 10:00 am. ______________________ POSSIBLE ADDITIONAL FEES: - For check-in after 7:00 pm and check-out after 10:00 am (if not authorized) an additional amount will be required that will be communicated upon arrival and must be paid through a link that will be sent by us. - If the property is left in an inappropriate state, an additional amount due to overtime cleaning hours will be required. - If the keys are lost or not delivered to the pick-up point, a sum of €50 will be required. - Return keys

Property Manager Terms
- For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
