There is no private parking, but street parking is available. In Via Rezzonico, you can park your car only within the blue stripes. Pay time is from 8 am to 8 pm. Pay at the machine and get the ticket, or use the "EasyPark" app. There are also paid parking garages in the city: “VALDUCE” in Viale Lecco, “JASCA” in Piazza Volta, “CENTRO LAGO” with an entrance in Via Recchi, and “TRIBUNALE” in Via Auguadri.
Baby beds are available at an extra cost.
Extra cleaning and linen are available at an additional cost.

The space
The large spaces are suitable for up to 4 guests. There are 2 bedrooms – one with a double bed, the other with two single beds. Our visitors will also appreciate the modern and equipped kitchen with an induction stove. The terrace is mesmerizing, and many small lights create a romantic and sparkling atmosphere. • In order to access the property, you will need to fill out the online check-in form (where the passport photographs of ALL the members who will be staying will be required) and in addition you are required to sign the rental contract for tourist use. Until it is completed, it will not be possible to enter the property. • For check-in after 7:00 pm and check-out after 10:00 am (if not authorized) an additional amount will be required which will be communicated upon arrival and must be paid through a link that will be sent by us.

Property Manager Terms
- Cancel up to 7 days before your trip and get a full refund, including all fees.
- Cancel by noon on the day of check-in and get a 50% refund of the total nightly rate. You’ll also get a full refund of all fees.
- Cancel during your trip and you may be eligible for a partial refund.
- Cancel before noon local time during the trip and you’ll be refunded 50% of the remaining booking value, excluding fees.
- Cancel after noon local time during the trip and you’ll be refunded 50% of the remaining booking value, excluding that night and fees.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
