The space
The apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests. There are two double bedrooms, both with TVs, and a bathroom with a shower. The living room is equipped with a comfortable sofa and a smart TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, oven, and stove. There is also a washing machine for our guests' convenience. The apartment has a balcony with a table and chairs that can be accessed from the bigger bedroom and the living room, as well as another balcony off the kitchen (used for storage).Guest access
The apartment is located on the third floor and can be accessed by either taking the stairs or using the elevator. Please note that some steps need to be taken before the elevator.Free private parking is available for one car.

In this property, pets are allowed upon request and at an additional cost to ensure an allergy-free cleaning.Baby beds are available at an extra cost.

The apartment was big, clean & just as advertised. HOWEVER I had booked the accommodation for 4 people directly off a link to this sent by a friend from Cernobbio. The accommodation is advertised for 4 people. 2 days before we were due to arrive I informed the host there were 4 of us ; they added 170£ to the bill for a 5 night stay! They said they’d thought I was one person (why?). I said we couldn’t afford it but they claimed it was ‘an automatic charge from Airbnb’ which I know is a lie. We had no option given the timing, so paid it. Then when we arrived there was only 1 set of keys in the lock box. I rang and explained we needed two, as two couples who’d be coming back at different times from evening events, not able to wait up. They lied and said there was only 1 key but after numerous calls magicked up another, however, then asked us to drive a 45m round trip for it, until I begged over an hour. Costly and stressful.

Apartment is really well decorated and spacious. It is located in walking distance from town centre. Great choice of restaurants and easy access to ferry terminal. Very clean and free of clutter. It got lift so whilst there are few steps, it is fairly easy with getting luggage to the apartment.

Additional rules
• In order to access the property, you will need to fill out the online check-in form (where the passport photographs of ALL the members who will be staying will be required) and in addition you are required to sign the rental contract for tourist use. Until it is completed, it will not be possible to enter the property. • For check-in after 7:00 pm and check-out after 10:00 am (if not authorized) an additional amount will be required which will be communicated upon arrival and must be paid through a link that will be sent by us.

Property Manager Terms
- Cancel up to 7 days before your trip and get a full refund, including all fees.
- Cancel by noon on the day of check-in and get a 50% refund of the total nightly rate. You’ll also get a full refund of all fees.
- Cancel during your trip and you may be eligible for a partial refund.
- Cancel before noon local time during the trip and you’ll be refunded 50% of the remaining booking value, excluding fees.
- Cancel after noon local time during the trip and you’ll be refunded 50% of the remaining booking value, excluding that night and fees.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
