Our 2nd time staying at Blue Mood Loved the location really easy to get to lots of great restaurants and the centre of town and the lake. Great market on a Wednesday My Home staff always friendly and answer messages quickly. Keys were easy to find The apartment is spacious clean and uncluttered. With windows open the sound of the stream coming down from the mountain is great to fall asleep to.

We really enjoyed our stay at BlueMood Apartment. The place was spotless and the beds were very comfortable. Just a heads-up: the apartment and key collection point are in different locations (as mentioned by the host), so it’s worth planning for that if you’re taking a taxi. Don’t take your luggage out the car at the office 😀 The air conditioning wasn’t very strong, but overall it was a great stay and I’d happily recommend it.

The apartment was big, clean & just as advertised. HOWEVER I had booked the accommodation for 4 people directly off a link to this sent by a friend from Cernobbio. The accommodation is advertised for 4 people. 2 days before we were due to arrive I informed the host there were 4 of us ; they added 170£ to the bill for a 5 night stay! They said they’d thought I was one person (why?). I said we couldn’t afford it but they claimed it was ‘an automatic charge from Airbnb’ which I know is a lie. We had no option given the timing, so paid it. Then when we arrived there was only 1 set of keys in the lock box. I rang and explained we needed two, as two couples who’d be coming back at different times from evening events, not able to wait up. They lied and said there was only 1 key but after numerous calls magicked up another, however, then asked us to drive a 45m round trip for it, until I begged over an hour. Costly and stressful.

Apartment is really well decorated and spacious. It is located in walking distance from town centre. Great choice of restaurants and easy access to ferry terminal. Very clean and free of clutter. It got lift so whilst there are few steps, it is fairly easy with getting luggage to the apartment.

The apartment was very spacious and clean. Very well located, close to restaurants and the old city center of Cernobbio, and convenient drive to Como. The check-in instructions were emailed to us in the morning of check-in, but they lacked detail on how to open the main gate. We were able to reach the host by phone and they helped resolve the issue. I recommend this apartment.

We were surprised that the appartement looked exactly like in the pictures, very spacious, there was a lot of space. The appartement was super clean, with all the necessary amenities. Recommend this place 100%. If you are travelling with 4 people, this is the perfect place not far from Como city center (10min car). TV’s are available in every room and living room, with a very comfortable sofa. Thank you very much for your hospitality

A great home nearby to the boat ferry that takes you to other locations. Private parking and staff will call to check in, etc. However, they described how to get in poorly as the keyhole to the gate seemed bad when we arrived late night and it was dark. But they have friendly by phone and tried to help in a good way. Overall a great place to stay.

If you want to be a part of the local environment for a while, then I would recommend this apartment. It is located few min from the harbor, ferry, bakery, cafe, you name. The apartment is both spacious, clean and very cozy. We were a family with two growers and two kids. It worked really well.

We loved our stay here! We did have trouble finding it because the address is wrong on Apple Maps, so we thought we booked a place in the wrong city. The host was very responsive though and helped us find it. They also recommended lots of restaurants and a very helpful baggage service as we were in between stays. The actual home itself was very clean and enjoyable to stay in. Only complaint is the place has a strong cigarette smell in the living room.
