We were very satisfied with the stylishly furnished, clean flat. The location for our short trip was ideal. Communication with the Host via the app was extremely straightforward. We would definitely book the flat again!

Lovely little flat right in the heart of the old town, with welcoming furnishings. The lake, the cathedral, the squares, the shops and the restaurants are all within easy walking distance, and there are excellent restaurants very close by. Although it's right in the middle of the old town, it's quite quiet – you can only hear people talking and children laughing (which I found pleasant); at night, it's quiet. Quick and friendly communication. The only deduction is for the bathroom.

Overall, we liked the flat very much – it is spacious, nicely furnished and very well equipped. Particularly noteworthy is the excellent location right in the heart of the old town, which is truly ideal for getting to everything easily. However, it was a bit noisy at night. What's more, the flat was quite dusty, and the shower had a few stains.

Very good location in the heart of Como, restaurants and shops right in front of the apartment, train station within walking distance, everything was within walking distance, the host left us a gift, which we appreciate.

Good Communication - nice Flat :-) Very lovely contact to the women of the Office. I know it’s high season in Como, but the Price is in my opinion to high.

The place itself was good, in a nice location central to Como and kept in clean condition. However the my home in Como team were very unresponsive as I had to contact them on multiple different occasions in order to get a response.

It was a good stay, not to far from the station in Como, a lot to do around Como Lake and you can make some hikings of go in to the side of Como. But after all right after we were going to book out we saw a cockroach running in the kitchen where all the plates were located so that was disgusting, we told the polisher, but she didn’t seem to care.

A lovely location, very central, the perfect base to explore Como and the surrounding lake as well as take day trips to Milan. Excellent communication with really easy check in, good sized flat with everything you need for a base. Highly recommend this Airbnb

The place looks exactly like the pictures. I really liked the facility, so I quickly felt at home. Everything we needed for cooking, showering and sleeping was provided. There was even a small jar of olive oil provided, as well as coffee capsules and sugar (along with soap, shower gel, etc.). The towels and bed linen were comfortable and clean. When I had a problem with the shutters because I didn't know how to operate them, someone came by and helped me. The location is right in the center. All reachable in a few minutes' walk. The windows, or the house in general, are rather noisy. You have to be prepared for the fact that you will hear passers-by talking outside. That didn't bother me all that much. I'd love to come back!

...just what we were looking for...: a very well-located studio in a quiet apartment building. At night, sometimes there are noises/people making noise after going out, or towards morning from the street cleaning/rubbish collection... but at a normal 'urban' level... no more than you would expect!

Good spot. Everything was as advertised. Checking in and out was easy and it was clean. I would consider staying there again. The only thing was missing was AC, we stayed in July and it was extremely hot :)

The location of this Air BNB is great. Besides that- BE AWARE. No AC, the apartment was always hotter then it was outside, over 83degrees at all times. You get woken up by what sounds like glass bottles being thrown against the building over and over for hours in the morning ( must be a trash site below?). Would NOT have booked if I would have known about the noise, it was my mistake for not seeing there was no AC but just saying- this place was HOT HOT.

It’s walkable distance from every interesting plaza and spots you would like to visit. A little noisy in the mornings but that is because is located in the center of the city. Very lively & Cute. Has no a/c but the room has a fan which makes it tolerable. Washing machine is a plus if you would like to leave with clean clothes! Overall I would recommend this stay!

The apartment is very centrally located and everything is within walking distance. The flat was nicely furnished and clean. We had a little trouble with a jammed lock on the door, but the hosts responded quickly and in an uncomplicated way. The only negative thing is that the window is not very sound proof and you can hear noise from the street. I would recommend the apartment to others.

Pros: Good location, 10 min walk from Como San Giovanni train station and 5-10 min walk to the lake. Beautiful place, very convenient to have a kitchen with all the basics to cook. It has a washing machine in the bathroom. Very comfy bed, above average beds in Italy. Cons: First night the trash truck passed by the place at 6am to get all the garbage from the building and restaurant in the ground floor, doing a huge level of noise that the windows were not capable of cancelling so the sleeping that night was not the best. Next day we found out the window stays open at the top so you have to be aware of that to get it closed correctly and that way improve the soundproofing. The kitchen is missing paper towels, salt, oil as cooking basics. (We could not find small packages of this to buy in Como).

Excellent place to stay for a trip to Como. Location is in the middle of Como town offering easy access to trains, ferries, restaurants and shopping all just minutes away walking. The apartment offers everything need for a stay in Como, very clean, and comfortable. Host is also responsive and provides great tips to make your visit better.

We had a very nice time in Como. The place is right in the middle of the old town. Also the amenities and cleanliness were to our satisfaction. Unfortunately, the property doesn't provide a parking spot. There are only parking spaces close by for an amount of money. We recommend parking right down the water near the stadium. Communication was very timely and smooth. Check-in and check-out were also easy.
