A Boho-style studio apartment in the heart of Como. Ideal for one or two travelers, this cozy studio will accommodate those who wish to explore the city while also maintaining privacy. This apartment is located on a quiet street in the historical city center of Como, just a short walk from the lakefront and the main sightseeing objects.

The space

This apartment can host 1 or 2 guests. There is a comfortable double bed, a little kitchen area, a bathroom with a shower, and a washing machine to make longer stays more comfortable.

Guest access

There is no elevator in the building. It takes 3 flights of stairs to reach the apartment.
The historical center of Como is mainly a pedestrian area. The nearest parking is available in Viale Varese, about 300 meters from the apartment. You can park your car only within the blue stripes. Pay time is from 8 am to 8 pm. Pay at the machine and get the ticket to be put on the dashboard inside your car, or use the “EasyPark” app.
There are also paid parking garages nearby: “JASCA” in nearby Piazza Volta, “CENTRO LAGO” with an entrance in Via Recchi, "VALDUCE” in Viale Lecco, and "TRIBUNALE” in Via Auguadri.

The place itself was good, in a nice location central to Como and kept in clean condition. However the my home in Como team were very unresponsive as I had to contact them on multiple different occasions in order to get a response.

It was a good stay, not to far from the station in Como, a lot to do around Como Lake and you can make some hikings of go in to the side of Como. But after all right after we were going to book out we saw a cockroach running in the kitchen where all the plates were located so that was disgusting, we told the polisher, but she didn’t seem to care.

Cancel up to 7 days before your trip and get a full refund, including all fees.
Cancel by noon on the day of check-in and get a 50% refund of the total nightly rate. You’ll also get a full refund of all fees.

Cancel before noon local time during the trip and you’ll be refunded 50% of the remaining booking value, excluding fees.
