“MG Home” is a cosy and spacious flat, very close to the famous Piazza Duomo in Como. Thanks to its position and wide windows, “MG” is also a very bright and airy dwelling. You will love the delicate contrast between the light colours of the walls and furnishings and the shiny wood flooring in the wide living area. This recently refurbished flat is furnished with taste and modern design.

The space

The big kitchen island, the kitchen range hood, the bar stools, the round table and the sofa make the large living area a confortable place to spend time. It will certainly appeal to you! Moreover, all the windows and little balcony offer a nice view over the cathedral and its green dome.
This flat can accommodate up to 6 guests. There are two double bedrooms - one with three built in and very big wardrobes with pocket door, one large bathroom with shower, a large living area with double sofa bed, a big flat-screen TV, dining table, and a fully-equipped kitchen – including kettle, toaster, coffee machine, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, and gas stove. The apartment offers amenities such as air conditioning, free wifi, and washer-dryer. Enjoy the little balcony with a view of the cathedral, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the city centre and Lake Como. The convenient location, close to shops, cafes and landmarks, makes this a perfect vacation rental for a family or group of friends.

Guest access

There are stairs and a lift to easily reach the flat on the second floor.
There is no private parking available, but there are street parkings in Viale Lecco, where the building is located. You can park your car only within the blue stripes. Pay time is from 8 am to 8 pm. Pay at the machine and get the ticket to be put on the dashboard inside your car, or use the “EasyPark” app.
There are also paid parking garages nearby: “JASCA” in Piazza Volta, “CENTRO LAGO” with an entrance in Via Recchi, "VALDUCE” in Viale Lecco, and "TRIBUNALE” in Via Auguadri.

Great apartment in Como! The historical city is just across the street with parking spaces in front of the building. The apartment is spacious, quiet and very comfortable. The communication with the hosts was smooth. They solved very quickly an issue we had with the door. I certainly would come back. Highly recommended.

The hosts are great and the accommodation is beyond imagination. It is clean and in a great location. The living room is very beautiful. If I visit Como again, I will not hesitate to choose it. It was a very wonderful stay without any exaggeration

We absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful Como apartment! From the moment we arrived, everything felt welcoming and comfortable. The space was spotless, cozy, and had such thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. The location couldn’t have been better — just a short walk to the lake and amazing restaurants. Waking up to the stunning view of the Duomo was truly unforgettable. Our host was so kind and helpful, always quick to respond and full of great local tips. we had a lovely stay for the two days we were in Como. Everything is very walkable and the ferry port is under 15 mins away. there is a bus stop close by if you want to venture a bit further. the property was very clean and spacious
