The space

In Como Design Apartment, each room has its own balance of shapes and colors, starting with the warm and welcoming entrance, up to the living room, where the design and harmony of light colors create soft and charming lines. The quiet bedroom in shades of wood and blue, warmed by the light of a rice paper lamp: a light and exotic oriental touch. The lovely balcony is ideal for your morning coffee or for a drink at sunset while watching the lively Piazza Volta where locals and tourists enjoy their day.

The apartment is on the second floor with no elevator.
The historical center of Como is mainly a pedestrian area. The nearest street parking is available in Viale Lecco or in Viale Varese. You can park your car only within the blue stripes. Pay time is from 8 am to 8 pm. Pay at the machine and get the ticket to be put on the dashboard inside your car, or use the “EasyPark” app.
There are also paid parking garages nearby: “JASCA” in nearby Piazza Volta, “CENTRO LAGO” with an entrance in Via Recchi, "VALDUCE” in Viale Lecco, and "TRIBUNALE” in Via Auguadri.

nice place right in the middle of town. quick response from the host and clear instructions. don't pack too heavy because it' in a pedestrian area and on the 2nd floor.

Good morning the location and the apartment met expectations and were great. What is totally bad is the check-in! Picking up the key at the other end of Como is an imposition! Described as 'near by' is not acceptable! With all the luggage, 800 metres back and forth takes over an hour. That's why, unfortunately, never again MyHomeInComo... Thanks Thomas

Our stay was just dreamy, in particular we liked the designer table. Furniture and bathroom great, but vacuum cleaner a little floppy:) view bombastic, bed elastic. Pillows like clouds, milk from the Carrefour freshly milked. Unfortunately, plug is not Swiss, but ambience at the house table. Oh horror the only key in the house, in the pischi and socks outside, which was a horror. Landlord galant, especially Giuseppe- charming;) Stairs for belly, legs, buttocks, in the most beautiful place in Como. We give tutti stars, kiss at a distance.

beautiful apartment , very well located in the center of Como , clear and quick instruction to collect the keys . The photos are very representative of the apartment , perfectly clean and cozy . Very clean apartment in the center and close to the lake, the only flaw was the communication at the beginning at the beginning for the check-in that I had to call several times.

The Keys can be collected at a shop located in Viale Felice Cavallotti 2a, Como, 22100 ONLY after completing all the following steps: - Fill in the online check-in form (where passport photographs of ALL guests will be required). - Sign the tourist rental agreement. - Make a quick video call where all guests who stay will have to show the documents again so that they can be checked further. - Until EVERYTHING is completed, it will not be possible to enter the property. THESE ADEMPITIS ARE REQUIRED TO BE ABLE TO STAY IN THE STRUCTURE AND ARE REQUIRED BY ITALIAN LAW. At the end of the stay, the keys must be returned to the collection point by 10:00 a.m. ______________________ POSSIBLE ADDITIONAL FEES: - For check-in after 7:00 pm and check-out after 10:00 am (if not authorized) an additional amount will be required that will be communicated upon arrival and must be paid through a link that will be sent by us. - If the property is left in an inappropriate state, an additional amount due to overtime cleaning hours will be required. - If the keys are lost or not delivered to the collection point, a sum of €50 will be requested.

For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).

Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
