The apartment is modern and beautiful in a lovely area of Como. When you step out the door, there is so much to see and experience. The bed was very comfortable with four pillows. It is nice to have the bedroom separate, upstairs. The kitchen was nicely equipped. And there is a lovely little balcony to enjoy a drink outside. For those concerned with stairs, there is an elevator to the apartment on the first floor.

Only drawback is check in time being at 3 pm, specially if you have earlier arrival time, you will need to figure alternative plan to store luggage or delay your arrival somehow, for a traveler this is a hassle to deal with.

This place is a true gem for a lake Como holiday. The location is absolutely in beatable and is so super central that nothing is beyond walking distance at all. The apartment itself is spacious and well appointed and is in a very secure building! The hosts are easily reachable and gave us great recommendations on where to eat, shop, and what to do whilst we were there. The value for money at this place is unbeatable, and unlike many apartment buildings in Italy there is a spacious lift so you wont have to struggle getting your bags up any stairs. If you are considering this for your Lake Como Holiday, do not hesitate and book it now! You won’t regret it!!

Amazing! This is what all Airbnbs should be like. The automatized access made everything very easy. The apartment was very cleaned and comfortable. The terrace was a huge bonus. We wish we could have stayed longer. We’ll definitely come back.

This is my 2nd visit to this great property. Right in the heart of Como perfect location in a safe, private building. Literally 60 second walk to the lake and full of surrounding restaurants and bars. Property is right in front of the Domo which is beautiful to wake up to. Inside the unit is modern and has everything including a nice coffee machine which they provide. The unit is one of many managed by the same company on a private floor of the building. The fact that they have multiple units also make it a great option for large families. For this trip we had 3 units all right next to each other to fit our large family. It feels more like staying in a nice hotel. Highly recommend!!!

We had a great time in Como. Location was perfect, easy to walk everywhere. The apartment was Beautiful and spacious. We enjoyed the patio drinking our wine after our day trips. We will recommend to any of our family and friends.

Usually i provide very honest feedback, so i will start with the pros: - Location: Simply its a great choice, in the heart of Como by all means, where you can go to every where very easily and hustle free - Clean: Super clean place and exactly as per the provided pictures - Staff: The staff are really great and friendly and very very supportive, specially Nic, he was a great help, special thanks to Nic if you read this :) - Utilities: The room has everything we ever needed, and more than what we needed actually :) Now i will jump to the Cons, which is nothing really to worry about: - AC (Air conditioning): Honestly that was the only minor issue, yet the place is provided with AC & heating system, but for some reason it was not working and yet my visit was in October which is usually not hot, however during the noon time it can get very hot And in the evening it was really hot while i tried to sleep without AC, as sometimes you cant open the windows due to the winds and rain

The apartment is just like the photos and super clean. The location was great; we could reach anything and anywhere that we wanted. But there is no window that can get sunlight in the apartment. When considering energy restrictions in Italy, the apartment was cold for a family traveling with a child.

Overall this was a great place to stay. Location is unbelievably central (couldn’t be much closer to restaurants, shops, ferry). Apartment itself is beautiful and modern. Downstairs living space was a little smaller IRL than it looked to me in the photos, but no biggie. Kitchen has everything we needed (big fridge, hot water kettle, dishes). Wi-Fi and A/C we’re great. Our experience with the apartment management team was overall very positive; generally they were very responsive. Self check in/out were easy. Hosts organized parking for us very nearby in a small private garage (very convenient, closer than public parking) for 25 euros/night. A few more minor negatives /watch outs: 1) the clothes washing machine is actually shared (vs private as listing implied). There was only one machine available and most of the times I wanted to use it it was occupied. Relatedly, laundry detergent tablets were supposed under the sink, but I couldn’t find. 2) Lots of mosquitos in apartment, not sure what management could do about this but at minimum a warning would have been helpful! 3) lacking some smaller touches eg no hangers in hall closet or trash can in bathroom (not a big deal but having these would make the apartment much more livable). Also the pull-out couch didn’t have a blanket so will had to ask for one (and had to sleep without the first night). Overall I recommend this as a great building/place to stay if you need to be in Como. For tourists wondering whether Como town is the right base for you for a visit to Lake Como area — it is a city with an attractive historical center, and plentiful shops and services. We liked access to huge Carrefour supermarket. However next time we would likely stay somewhere mid-lake (probably Varenna.. as Bellagio TOTALLY overrun with tourists), as most of the attractions are up north and it’s a 1-2hr ferry ride from Como town, which is situated in one corner of Lake Como.
