The apartment is immaculate and very comfortable. However, the hot water does not last long enough to shower and wash your hair. You have to be fast to not end up rinsing your hair in cold water. Furthermore, it takes more than an hour for the water to reheat. The host absolves themselves of any responsibility saying it is down to the building management.

Until this process is completed, access to the property will not be possible. For check-ins after 7:00 PM and check-outs after 10:00 AM (if not authorized), an additional fee will be required, which will be communicated upon arrival.
