The space
The apartment can accommodate up to 3 guests. There is a double bedroom on the second level and another single bed in the mezzanine. On the first level, there is the living area with a comfortable couch and a Smart TV – perfect for some Netflix & chill after a day full of activities. The central location guarantees easy access to shops, bars and restaurants. For our guests' convenience, there are two bathrooms (one fully equipped and another smaller one) and all the necessary amenities: air-conditioning, a washer-dryer, an oven, an induction hob, an iron, an ironing board, etc.Guest access
There are 4 flights of stairs to reach the apartment (no elevator), and the apartment is two-leveled with the bedroom and bathroom on the second level. There is another bed in the mezzanine.The historical center of Como is mainly a pedestrian area. The nearest street parking is available in Viale Lecco or in Viale Varese. You can park your car only within the blue stripes. Pay time is from 8 am to 8 pm. Pay at the machine and get the ticket to be put on the dashboard inside your car, or use the “EasyPark” app.
There are also paid parking garages nearby: “JASCA” in nearby Piazza Volta, “CENTRO LAGO” with an entrance in Via Recchi, "VALDUCE” in Viale Lecco, and "TRIBUNALE” in Via Auguadri.

so the listing says, air conditioning....not barely any air conditioning and not only on the bedroom floor. it was un-livable until we had to purchase 2 large fans. only 3 large towels for 3 adults, the cold know in the shower didn't work. she was completely unresponsive when we reached out to her. the average temperature indoors for the first 3 1/2 days was 27-28 degrees Celsius. absolutely zero air circulation. I had a noise bleed the second night due to zero circulating air. she lied about many things. she says 2 bedrooms but she shows the one bedroom in 3 different angled photos, making believe sh3 had 2 bedrooms. the other "room wasn't a bedroom, it had a mattress on top of a man made bunk bed you had to climb up and down to. we told her about all issues but nothing was fixed. she said she would send someone over to fix the shower issue, it was only pouring out hot stemming water, ridiculous. we told her we want to be home when they come over to fix it. no one ever came. All lies

Property Manager Terms
- For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
