Absolutely gorgeous place to stay for a family of four. Amenities matched what we needed and terrace was perfectly peaceful in the mornings. Quite the hike back from the town promenade but was aware beforehand. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at Viviana Suite 1. The apartment is beautifully furnished and very well equipped. The large balcony offers a stunning view of the mountains and the lake – perfect for relaxing. The location is pleasantly quiet, and it’s about a 20-minute walk to the center of Menaggio. Communication with the host was smooth and friendly. We’d definitely love to come back!

Wonderful location and amenities. The triple check authentication process seemed overly complicated. Check in form that included passport identification and scheduling a video call seemed too much. Maybe that’s normal for booking in this area?

The AirBNB was great and had everything we needed. The terrace was particularly great. Very responsive host with helpful digital guides. The location was nice for being in a quieter part but there was still a great cafe/bar very close and a really food pizzeria about 5 minutes away. The walk to the flat from the lakeside is quite steep so recommend anyone looking to book considers this. However, it was helpful for being closer to walking trials.

For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
