We had a wonderful stay at Viviana Suite 1. The apartment is beautifully furnished and very well equipped. The large balcony offers a stunning view of the mountains and the lake – perfect for relaxing. The location is pleasantly quiet, and it’s about a 20-minute walk to the center of Menaggio. Communication with the host was smooth and friendly. We’d definitely love to come back!

The AirBNB was great and had everything we needed. The terrace was particularly great. Very responsive host with helpful digital guides. The location was nice for being in a quieter part but there was still a great cafe/bar very close and a really food pizzeria about 5 minutes away. The walk to the flat from the lakeside is quite steep so recommend anyone looking to book considers this. However, it was helpful for being closer to walking trials.

PLEASE NOTE! - To access the property, you will need: - Fill in the online check-in form (where you will be asked for photographs of the passports of ALL members who will be staying). - Sign the lease for tourist use. - Make a quick video call where all guests staying will have to show their IDs again so that they can be checked further. - Until EVERYTHING is completed, it will not be possible to enter the structure. THESE REQUIREMENTS ARE MANDATORY IN ORDER TO STAY IN THE STRUCTURE AND ARE REQUIRED BY ITALIAN LAW. ________ POSSIBLE ADDITIONAL FEES: - For CHECK-IN after 7:00 p.m. and CHECK-OUT after 10:00 a.m. (if not authorised), an additional sum will be requested, which will be communicated upon arrival and must be paid through a link that will be sent by us. - If the property is left in an unsuitable state, an additional sum will be requested due to overtime for cleaning.

Property Manager Terms
- For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
