The view and the furnishings are incredibly beautiful. We stayed there for 2 days and felt very comfortable. The access road is very narrow and steep, but it's worth it. Communication beforehand was very straightforward, friendly and courteous.

A beautiful place with absolutely incredible views over Lake Como - definitely one of the highlights of the stay. The accommodation itself was very nice, comfortable, well presented and a great place to relax and take in the scenery. The only thing to be aware of is that the property is quite high up, so getting around can sometimes be a little challenging. Ubers and taxis aren’t always readily available in the area, so if you’re planning on exploring regularly, we’d definitely recommend hiring a scooter or car. It will make the stay much easier and give you a lot more freedom. There are also some local restaurants that will deliver food to the property, which is really convenient. It’s worth familiarising yourself with which ones deliver when you arrive, especially for nights when you just want to stay in and enjoy the amazing view. Overall, a beautiful property in an incredible setting and a very enjoyable stay!

Our stay was very pleasant and relaxing. Apart from a few minor issues with the kitchen appliances, the facilities were excellent and everything was very clean. The view is beautiful, but unfortunately the journey there is a bit challenging.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The house was stunning beautifully designed, spotless, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The space was even better than the photos, and the views were incredible. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy Lake Como. The only thing I'd recommend is renting a car. The house is located on a very steep hill, which makes walking up and down quite difficult, especially with luggage or after a long day of exploring. We also found that taxis were often unwilling to drive up the hill, so having your own vehicle would make your stay much more convenient. Overall, we loved our stay and would definitely recommend this property. It's a beautiful place, and we'd happily stay here again!

I highly recommend booking your Lake Como stay at Villa Lilla! The house is fully renovated and very spacious for my family of 5. The kitchen and bathrooms are large and fully updated. The pool is amazing and the view is spectacular! The town of Argegno was a short drive down the hill and even walkable (although the walk home was a vertical climb). The town is picture perfect with great restaurants and quaint shops, including small markets and a farmacia. There is even a ferry stop in Argegno making travel between the Como towns very easy. In full disclosure, the drive to the house is tricky and takes concentration if you are not used to driving on Lake Como roads. The check-in instructions were super helpful (especially with the drive up the hill) and easy to understand. My Como Homes was very responsive when we had trouble with the dishwasher. The AC was great with the exception of the lower level bedroom. I hope to return to Villa Lilla!

The view and the rooms at the accommodation are very nice. However, you have to drive by car to get to the city or to supermarkets. Otherwise, everything was great.

Our stay at Villa Lilla was absolutely wonderful. The villa was even more beautiful than in the photos, which is rare to say! The views were truly breathtaking and created the perfect setting for a special weekend with family and friends. Everything was exactly as described, very clean, comfortable and thoughtfully prepared. We especially loved spending time outdoors, enjoying the stunning scenery and peaceful atmosphere. Villa Lilla exceeded our expectations and we created memories that we will cherish for a long time. We would happily return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful and unforgettable stay at Lake Como.

Very nice and well-furnished accommodation. The view is amazing. However, the access road is very steep and narrow. Getting there with low-powered or low-suspension vehicles is not entirely easy. Otherwise great accommodation!

The house, the view, the pool - everything was beautiful. The location perfect. We loved it. The way to get up to the house was very steep but as long as you have a 4wd you are fine!

We used the accommodation from Friday evening to Sunday morning for a bachelor party. It was a nice short stay at the villa. Everything was clean except the dishes. We had to wash this again before dinner. The accommodation is a little difficult to reach by car (very steep!) Wonderful view and pleasant surroundings. The hosts were very polite and accommodating. Thank you!

Awesome place to stay in Como, with amazing view of the lake, and a big private pool. Perfect place to stay with large family or friends. Just make sure you have a powerful vehicle as the hill to get to the house is steep. Will definitely stay again.

Unfortunately, our experience at this property was overshadowed by a serious safety issue. During our stay, my brother stepped on a broken piece of wood on the property, fell into a hole, and sustained a deep injury to his foot that required stitches. We immediately informed the host, who expressed her sincere apologies at the time. We chose not to escalate the matter further, even though the injury was clearly due to unsafe conditions. However, after our stay, we were shocked to receive a claim for over $1,100 for the damaged piece of wood—despite the fact that it caused the injury in the first place. This was extremely disappointing and left us feeling taken advantage of. Safety should be a top priority, and we hope future guests will be better protected.

Thank you so much for letting us stay in such a great place. The view is magnificent and the accommodation is very clean. Unfortunately, the air conditioning turned on automatically during our absence. As a result, the condensation spread across the kitchen floor. The cleaning was a little tedious with the available resources. We still recommend the villa in all respects. Communication was straightforward and quick. The view is magnificent! Ideal for larger families or short breaks with friends like us. The driveway requires a good four-wheel drive vehicle and good maneuvering skills. Shopping centre is 5km from the villa and easy to get to. We'll be back!

The house is great. Very nice view with a great pool. Large, well-equipped kitchen. Very clean; everything is fine. You definitely need a car, as the house is at the very top of the mountain.

Very nice house with an amazing view of the lake of Como... but which is deserved! Access is not easy, but once we understand it works well. The accommodation is very well equipped and nicely furnished, very bright. Small downside regarding the basement rooms. Thank you for hosting us!

The room is located on the ground floor, with a narrow and very dark corridor. After experiencing it for a while, I found the driver, Mr. Simu, to be very strong and tough. He was very helpful and provided me with all the information I needed.This is the first time.
