The space

This spacious north and south-facing second floor apartment is in a three-storey modern block of six apartments with lift.
In recent years the living room has just been renovated with all new furniture and brightly painted.
The master double bedroom has bedside table, wardrobes and an en suite bath/shower with washbasin & bidet. The main bathroom has been completely renovated in March 2023.

The second bedroom has twin beds, wardrobe and bedside table. There is air-conditioning in both the bedrooms. The kitchen was renewed in 2020 and is fully equipped with fridge freezer, electric hob, electric oven, microwave, toaster, kettle and utility room with washing machine. The living dining room is very spacious with a large Smart TV, DVD player + movie library and there are sliding doors onto the balcony.

Great stay at Madeleines apartment. Superb location, right next to the restaurants, beach and 10min walk to train station. Same time being central location very quiet. Madeleine was very helpful and provided good communication. Definitely would recommend this apartment and if we go to Fuengirola again will be looking if this apartment available. Thanks to Madeleine

The apartment is in a very good location and Madeleine is very friendly. For that price, it would be an ideal option if it weren't for some minor flaws.
