The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. There is a comfortable double bedroom, a living area with a fully equipped kitchen - including an induction stove and dishwasher, and a living room with a sofa bed, as well as a bathroom with a shower. The apartment is located on the third floor and is easily accessible with the lift.The historical center of Como is mainly a pedestrian area. The nearest parking is available in Viale Lecco, about 200 meters from the apartment. You can park your car only within the blue stripes. Pay time is from 8 am to 8 pm. Pay at the machine and get the ticket to be put on the dashboard inside your car, or use the “EasyPark” app.
There are also paid parking garages nearby: “JASCA” in nearby Piazza Volta, “CENTRO LAGO” with an entrance in Via Recchi, "VALDUCE” in Viale Lecco, and "TRIBUNALE” in Via Auguadri.

The apartment is centrally located in the old town of Como, very quiet in a back house, newly renovated and access by elevator to the third floor. Perfect is the proximity to a large parking garage and the train station from which you can easily reach Milan by train. The apartment is very bright, large living area with fully equipped kitchen including washing machine, comfortable bed and bathroom with storage facilities. The check in including communication was perfect, the apartment very clean, good wifi and nice recommendations for restaurants nearby. We highly recommend this apartment.

The space is brand new and stylish. Bigger in person than it looks from the photos. The local host is an established professional company. There were a few glitches during my stay due presumably to the fact that there have been only a limited number of visitors. The team worked hard to help me. I would definitely stay here my next time in Como.

PLEASE NOTE! The Keys can be collected at a shop located in Viale Felice Cavallotti 2a, Como, 22100 ONLY after completing all the following steps: - Fill in the online check-in form (where passport photographs of ALL guests will be required). - Sign the tourist rental agreement. - Make a quick video call where all guests who stay will have to show the documents again so that they can be checked further. - Until EVERYTHING is completed, it will not be possible to enter the property. THESE ADEMPITIS ARE REQUIRED TO BE ABLE TO STAY IN THE STRUCTURE AND ARE REQUIRED BY ITALIAN LAW. At the end of the stay, the keys must be returned to the collection point by 10:00 a.m. ______________________ POSSIBLE ADDITIONAL FEES: - For check-in after 7:00 pm and check-out after 10:00 am (if not authorized) an additional amount will be required that will be communicated upon arrival and must be paid through a link that will be sent by us. - If the property is left in an inappropriate state, an additional amount due to overtime cleaning hours will be required. - If the keys are lost or not delivered to the collection point, a sum of €50 will be requested. - Turn things off

Property Manager Terms
- For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
