Beautiful house, so lovely and tastefully decorated. You can tell straight away that it has been furnished by someone with a passion for interior design. There is art on display everywhere, and there are some fantastic illustrated books. And then the view! You're right by the lake, you can hear the water, and it's truly beautiful.

We really enjoyed our stay next to Como here, the house is well appointed and clean. There are two beaches for relaxing and swimming within two minutes walking distance. Although the village is slightly away from the busier towns on Como, the garage means that trips out are without the worry of finding a somewhere convenient to park on the return. But the best thing of all was the view, with balconies off all the main rooms to make the most of it. Stunning!

Perfect home right on Lake Como. We loved our time there and were very comfortable with three en-suite bathrooms and multiple balconies to enjoy the views. Extremely clean and outfitted with all of the essentials. Cute grocery store about 10min drive. We were sad to leave and would love to return!

A very appealing accommodation on 3 floors with a beautiful view. Good, high-quality interior, only the kitchen is not optimally equipped for cooking. Communication with the rental company is not easy and is time-consuming. Own parking garage for a vehicle available, but it must be rather small. A second vehicle may only be parked in remote public parking areas. In any case, the many beautiful moments during our stay (five of us) outweigh it. Clear recommendation.

We really appreciated this apartment! The location was extremely charming, we were in a small, authentic Lake Como village and neighborhood. The Church of St Michael next door is lovely. Every window in the house has a stunning view, just gorgeous, as the house is right on the shore line. The beds were clean and comfortable. We also appreciated having a washer/dryer. We strongly recommend renting a car to make it easy to get around as Colonna is not a big town. The parking situation (spot in a garage practically next to the building) was fantastic, just make sure to get a small car for the garage and the Como roads. We rented a Fiat 500 hybrid. The photos are accurate. As other reviews have noted, we don’t recommend this apartment for anyone elderly or with mobility issues, the stairs photos are accurate.

Actually more beautiful than the pictures, the white bedding is also very comfortable, the configuration of the double pillow for everyone is the standard of hotel service, the kitchen supplies are new, and the feeling of eating breakfast on the balcony by the lake is special!Each room has a separate bathroom and will come back.

Very nice place. Just as pictured and as described. The view from the windows is gorgeous, better than in the photo, the photo simply does not convey this. Comfortable mattresses, nice bedding - slept very well. We were a family with 5 kids. If the car is large and does not fit in the garage, then there is parking nearby for 5€ a day, and a little higher there is a free I recommend this place

Our stay was wonderful! By bus it was a little difficult to find if you're not familiar with it and don't know when to get off. Otherwise everything was great. Checking in with the door code was super easy and the place was fantastically beautiful! It is perfect for couples or larger groups, as each bedroom also has its own bathroom and you can also enjoy your privacy. The location was also indescribable. You can, so to speak, for a short time and you are in the lake :) I highly recommend the accommodation and would book it again. However, I recommend a car, also to reach the super great restaurants. Our favorite : la Piazzetta Great ambiance, great sevice and phenomenal food!

Lovely apartment and location. Highly recommend! The ferry to Como goes 50 meters from the house - which is very convenient. Few/no restaurants or shops nearby. A bit difficult to communicate with the landlord.

The accommodation "La Casa del Pescatore" is beautifully located directly on the lake. From the three balconies you have a very beautiful view of the lake and the opposite mountains. All rooms are very well equipped and very well maintained. A great place for a relaxing vacation.

Absolutely loved the location and feel of the place and surroundings. I would recommend arriving during the day as the drivers along the narrow road are unforgiving tailgaters and it took a few passes to locate the road down. Once there, it was pure paradiso! Would love to return on our next trip!

This place is wonderful. So close to the Ferry, and super clean . Great beds . Three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Beds were super comfortable. Every thing you needed. Washer and dryer. Balcony off every room. Thank you so much❤️

Incredible space in a spectacular location to feel like you live on Lake Como. Beautiful and modern apartment; the pictures are very accurate but its better in person. Overall, a great stay! Note: The water taxi service at the Colonno stop is quite limited throughout the day and none in the evenings. There are minimal to no restaurants in the immediate area so having a car is key if you expect to be out and about with flexibility. Parking was a bit of a challenge with the instructions needing some clarity and improvement.

La Casa del pescatore is an amazing apartment over three floors. It is fully renovated and with every double room is an ensuite bathroom. Your bed overlooks Lake Como! Fantastic that there is also a reserved parking garage. From the apartment you can walk in your swimwear to the small beach under the apartment and take a dive in the lake. By car all kinds of villages are easy to reach. We went from Cenabbia to Bellagio and Varenna. It's a super spot in a magnificent location!

Modern apartment with each bedroom having its own ensuite bathroom and balcony. This 3 level apartment has a balcony on each level and is right on Lake Como. Beautiful setting to spend the evenings dining on the balcony. Colonno is a peaceful town, away from the hustle and bustle of the well known towns on the lake. Perfect to have a parking spot in a secure garage.

We absolutely loved the location and privacy, the house was newly renovated right on the lake. You could literally fish from the balcony!!! The house is set in a private quiet village, so a car is desirable though not required to reach restaurants and other attractions as the local ferry with 2 stops / day is right next door and there is also local bus. Tickets for the ferry can be bought on board and bus tickets at the local store behind the house. There’s a small private beach next to the house and we swam in the lake every day. Kids loved playing on the beach and finding local prawns and feeding the fish. We definitely recommend the house and the host, they’ve been great and have a great inventory of properties around the lake.

We absolutely loved our stay! This apartment was beautiful, and right on the water. The only thing we had an issue with was parking, but that was not the owners fault. We are a family of five, so we had a rather long station wagon type of car, which was hard to park in their garage. If you have a bigger car, I would suggest you find somewhere else nearby to park it. While Colonno is close to some bigger towns, the restaurant choices were very slim within walking distance. Taxis were pretty much nonexistent. The boat which takes you to different cities around the lake was just a couple minutes walk, but it doesn’t come often, so plan accordingly. We would highly recommend this place as long as your car is not too big.

Had a great stay here. The view is unbelievable, and the house itself is very clean and very comfortable for up to 6 people. I highly recommend staying here. However, if you do stay here, I recommend renting a car. Using public transport was slightly inconvenient at times.

We stayed 4 days in this wonderful apartment. It’s located in a great part of the lake in a small little town right on the water that’s also within a 10-20 minute drive to many of the best towns / restaurants on the lake. There’s also a ferry port right outside the Airbnb which makes it incredibly convenient (though it’s a smaller one so there’s less frequent stops here). The apartment itself is so spacious and well laid out, with beautiful balconies on every floor that looks out to the lake. The host was also very communicate throughout the stay and helped us for a variety of things. The only thing worth mentioning is the designated parking garage is quite small so make sure you have a small enough car if you’re planning on parking there. Otherwise we couldn’t recommend this place more and hope to be back again!

What a perfect flat for a family or friends get away. Three beds and baths over three stories each with balconies. Steps from the ferry makes getting around easier but personally still glad we had a car which they provide private parking for a short walk away.

this was our fifth time on the stunning lake como & staying in this place was amazing! stunning uninterrupted views, great space & matched the description perfectly! very modern with interior that looked brand new & immaculate facilities! we were met on arrival & communication was very quick & efficient! right next to a ferry stop which was amazing to get around the lake! a beautiful home on a beautiful lake, Thankyou!

The little cottage is beautiful. We were contacted by our host by phone two days in advance, as she asked when we would arrive. When we finally arrived at the destination, she was already ready to show us around the underground parking and the house. The house is as seen on the pictures right on the water. During the day you can take the ferry to the cities on the lake. The ferry is close to the house. The house is in great condition, has only recently been renovated. The furniture is in great condition and the rest also looks like in the pictures. I can only recommend the place and look forward to getting back there 👍

We only stayed 2 nights but it is a place where you can enjoy every minute. The view is wonderful. Everyone is very sincere and friendly. Definitely a place I can recommend. Clean and each room has its own bathroom. The pictures are exactly the same. Thank you for everything…
