We stayed for three days in April and really enjoyed the amazing view over the lake with mountains behind it. Private garage was a big plus but comfortable only for a smaller car like Citroen C3, that we had. No restaurants or supermarkets within a walking distance, therefore a car strongly recommended. Overall, we felt safe and comfortable, and the neighborhood was quiet and non-touristic in a good way. Main street is close to the building but in lower level behind a stone wall that effectively dampens the noise of traffic. We enjoyed to spend time in a big terrace or keep the wide sliding door open to feel the fresh breeze from the lake also inside the house.

Amazing place, great staff and perfect customer service. The view is amazing and hiking from the place to the Sanctuary at the top of the hill was beautiful. Can’t recommend it enough.

Wonderful stay in this apartment with a very nice view of Lake Como from the living room and the large south-facing terrace. The apartment is modern. It is very well configured and has all the necessary equipment (kitchen utensils, hairdryer, etc.). The garage is a real plus. The check-in went very well and the reception is flexible. In addition, the arrival/departure instructions and the welcome booklet are clear. Definitely recommended.

We loved our stay in this modern apartment with a fantastic view on the balcony. The listing is accurate and is as seen in the photos. The location is close to a bus stop, in case you are commuting. It’s great that there is free private parking in the place. The checkin includes clear instructions, with recommendations of local restaurants and links to activities you can do. Gabriele and Rocio were also very helpful during the checkin verification process. We would happily stay again!

If you have a car - I can't recommend this! We have a polestar 4 and there were indeed problems getting the car into the garage because the place was cramped.. In addition, the road from which the garage is accessed is super busy. The apartment was nice, but it was poorly cleaned. I sent the host photos showing a lot of dirt on the bedroom floor and gave feedback on the poorly cleaned property. The host promised to look into it and said someone would be coming to the apartment soon to check. I announced that we are just about to go golfing, but this is fine. We were away all day and when we got back, nothing had been cleaned. I asked if the apartment had even been visited and was promised to find out again. There was no explanation. The next morning we woke up to a man ringing the doorbell, but I didn't open it because it wasn't agreed that anyone would come. I'd rather stay somewhere else than here. Also, for example, the frying pans were so worn that we didn't want to cook in them. Poor investment 😑

We had a lovely stay at this airbnb. It was clean and well equipped (washing mashine, hair dryer etc.) and not far from the harbor that took us to Bellagio and Varenna. The highlight of our stay was definitely the incredible view we had from our front porch! We'd love to come back for another stay one day!

Stayed for three days at start of August. The space is modern and spacious for a family of 4. The terrace was large and had nice views of the lake and Isola Comacina. The location is 5min walk to the Lido di Ossuccio which has nice public park area along the lake with a swimming area and nice little restaurant for a quick outdoor dinner. If you plan to visit other towns along the lake, use the bus transit as taxis/ubers are few and unreliable and walking is sketchy along the busy road at best. Overall, great stay.

all ok. only part missing was ingrediences like coffee, sugar or salt in the kitchen. parking in the house is worth mentioning as advantage notably in this area

Very nice apartment with beautiful lake views. You feel right at home and the layout with the back bedroom is great as it is very cool there, perfect for sleeping. The apartment was very clean! when we arrived and there are all the things you need in everyday life, ( toaster, kettle, kitchen utensils...) The key handover worked perfectly and you have a garage parking space for car, bike...

The apartment was easy to find, instructions for check in were clear and the space was very clean and bright. The parking is a wonderful addition as it can be difficult to find parking near the apartment. The villa next door had a large group staying and was rather loud. That property’s hot tub is very close to the bedroom, so it wasn’t very quiet.

What a great place on the lake! Easy to walk around and beautiful location. It was a very short stay for us but i plan to come back for a longer stay with a car to enjoy! Thank you again for the hospitality.

Clean apartment. Preparing your groceries well before you arrive is the only place we have made in Italy without salt/pepper/sugar/coffee or even a bottle of water in the fridge. Otherwise everything remains nikel

The apartment was absolutely beautiful, and check-in was a breeze. Great location as well! There is a small café only five minutes away to get coffee in the morning next to a small park with a playground. Also, there is a restaurant that is on the water that is also only a short walk away. A really great apartment which is worth the money. Modern and very clean Location with a great view. In the apartment almost everything available what you’re need to live. The street right close to the Terrasse isn’t quite but not unusual in Italy so we could arrange with that very quickly. In the bedroom it’s quite and a great climate out of the largeness of the room. The infrastructure around the apartment is okay if you decide to go „left“ and not right towards Como direction. One hint for all those which traveling with a dog. 100m left and 500m Right there will not be any possibility to relax your dog. But go left und you’ll find your dogs happiness… Thanks again for the great stay and the kind communication….

With a car, this AirBnB is highly recommended in a super nice location. The spacious kitchen and the large bedroom are the highlights! Cooking yourself and eating out in the surrounding area, both are highly recommended! ;) We felt very comfortable. It's cramped for more than 2-3 adults.

The apartment is located in a multi-part house and is generously sized. There is a large, well equipped kitchen. Bedroom is also very spacious. We loved the private garage, so the car stayed cool and was safely parked. The stroller also fit next to it. The terrace is very sunny and invites you to sunbathe. In retrospect, we didn't like the location directly on the main road, which is sometimes quite noisy during the day. You can't get away from the house on foot because of the narrow roads and dangerous traffic. Also, it is quite noisy to the neighbors. Unfortunately, the bathroom was not quite clean, the shower didn't seem to be cleaned at all - this is actually not allowed to be, despite the last-minute booking and given the lush cleaning fee. Contactless check-in was very well organized. The other communication also went smoothly.
