The space
The décor, blending classic and rustic elements, harmonises well with the stone walls and white plaster, creating a cosy and occasionally exotic atmosphere with some wicker furniture. All of these details, along with the fabulous lake view and the garden's palm trees, will truly make you feel like you are in a corner of paradise where you can relax and find peace of mind.This apartment can comfortably accommodate up to five people, making it suitable for a family or a group of friends. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and another with a queen-size bed and a sofa bed. You will also find a spacious and modern kitchen equipped with all the appliances you will need, as well as two convenient bathrooms with showers. The apartment is also equipped with a washer-dryer and free wi-fi for added convenience. While the apartment does not have air conditioning, you can use portable fans and ceiling fans to cool the rooms. Additionally, you can use a retractable awning for shade and relaxation on the terrace.
Guest access
Once you have parked your car near the property, a few steps along a cobblestone path will lead you to the apartment. Inside the apartment, there is a flight of stairs to access from the ground floor to the first floor.There are free parking spaces near the property.

3-night stay: Highlights: the view of the lake, the tranquillity, the cleanliness, the full amenities (water, coffee) and the charming terrace. The host is responsive and caring, and the description is accurate. A 10-minute drive from Menaggio for the ferries. Weak points: constant odour in the bathroom on the 2nd floor. Defective sliding door to the ground floor toilet. Heat: despite the weak fans provided, the rooms on the top floor are stuffy in summer. Opening the windows doesn't help (plus there are insects). We had to use our own fan to sleep. The nights were very difficult. Conclusion: Beautiful and well-equipped accommodation, but unsuitable for the heatwave without air conditioning. It is imperative to install air conditioning or better fans and deal with the smell. I recommend this accommodation, but only outside periods of extreme heat.

We had a truly wonderful stay at this beautiful triplex in San Siro. The house is newly renovated with great taste and attention to detail, fully equipped with everything you might need – washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, towels, soap, shampoo, even dishwasher and laundry tablets. The layout is perfect, with two balconies offering lovely lake views and a peaceful garden-level terrace surrounded by greenery. The triplex is fully integrated into its natural surroundings and just a 200m walk to the lake. The water is crystal clear and swimming is permitted right in front of the house. There’s a café nearby where we enjoyed our morning coffee, and a small family-run grocery store just a short walk up the hill, where you’ll find everything you need. The place really gives you the feeling of being immersed in a peaceful, authentic village atmosphere. The renovation beautifully preserved the charm of the old stone walls. Our host was exceptional & reactive We would defintely come back back!

- For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
