"Lost in Paradise" is a spacious two-story apartment located in the quaint small village of Santa Maria Rezzonico. The breathtaking view of the lake and mountains from this apartment will blow you away. This comfortable residence also features a furnished terrace and balcony surrounded by greenery, where you can enjoy your meals or have a sunset aperitif while admiring the lake.

The space

The décor, blending classic and rustic elements, harmonises well with the stone walls and white plaster, creating a cosy and occasionally exotic atmosphere with some wicker furniture. All of these details, along with the fabulous lake view and the garden's palm trees, will truly make you feel like you are in a corner of paradise where you can relax and find peace of mind.
This apartment can comfortably accommodate up to five people, making it suitable for a family or a group of friends. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and another with a queen-size bed and a sofa bed. You will also find a spacious and modern kitchen equipped with all the appliances you will need, as well as two convenient bathrooms with showers. The apartment is also equipped with a washer-dryer and free wi-fi for added convenience. While the apartment does not have air conditioning, you can use portable fans and ceiling fans to cool the rooms. Additionally, you can use a retractable awning for shade and relaxation on the terrace.

Once you have parked your car near the property, a few steps along a cobblestone path will lead you to the apartment. Inside the apartment, there is a flight of stairs to access from the ground floor to the first floor.

Unfortunately, 2 beds were not made and we had to look for and put on bed covers ourselves. We booked for 5 people and unfortunately 1 blanket was missing. Otherwise, the stay was good.

We had two wonderful days there. The only thing to complain about is that the sofa bed was not ready, although we indicated 5 people.

We had a truly wonderful stay at this beautiful triplex in San Siro. The house is newly renovated with great taste and attention to detail, fully equipped with everything you might need – washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, towels, soap, shampoo, even dishwasher and laundry tablets. The layout is perfect, with two balconies offering lovely lake views and a peaceful garden-level terrace surrounded by greenery. The triplex is fully integrated into its natural surroundings and just a 200m walk to the lake. The water is crystal clear and swimming is permitted right in front of the house. There’s a café nearby where we enjoyed our morning coffee, and a small family-run grocery store just a short walk up the hill, where you’ll find everything you need. The place really gives you the feeling of being immersed in a peaceful, authentic village atmosphere. The renovation beautifully preserved the charm of the old stone walls. Our host was exceptional & reactive We would defintely come back back!

The house was very, very nice and the decor very well chosen. In fact, the view of the lake is a bit of a parking space with larger trucks. That was okay and the house is really very nice and lovingly furnished. There is a mega likeable little shop up the street, but at the bottom of the lake is mainly noisy street. Unfortunately, for the fact that the cleaning fee was €450, there were really a lot of hair in the shower drain and a towel weird stains. Unfortunately, the terrace was also no longer green (you can't do anything if plants blossom), but the others were also not watered and dried up. But as a welcome there was coffee and water, which we found very attentive:)

The apartment was as described and it absolutely stood up to expectations! Clean and pleasant. Plus for well equipped kitchen, with what you need to cook at home. Quiet surroundings and nice neighbors. Great views of Lake Como, especially from the balcony on the upper floor. Just sit back and enjoy "La dolce vita" Free parking just below the apartment and we always got space. 10 min to the bus stop with frequent routes south and north, if you want to leave the car. When we had questions for the host, these were answered immediately. We are happy to travel back to Santa Maria and Lost In Paradise. Greetings from Gry & Vegar, Lise & Bjørn

For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
