Beautiful villa, incredible location at Lake Como, in silence (apart from the church but it has charm), close to everything even on foot. Architectural accommodation but with all comforts inside, great.

It is a true oasis. You even feel particularly privileged here. It is a large beautifully landscaped garden with very old trees. And the pool in the middle is the highlight. We needed it too. It was very hot when we were at Lake Como. We will definitely come back here. We were travelling by electric vehicle. It is practical that an HPC charger is hidden on the other side of the street. Thank you for having us here 👍

We had a great week at this villa. This is an apartment in a residence. The pool is shared but this was not a problem, all the other guests were respectful. A really beautiful setting with a well-maintained garden. Great location for visiting the surrounding area by ferry in particular. For information, I recommend renting a car. The bus system is very unreliable, we had to wait for some almost 1 hour... Only slight negative point of the apartment: lack of brightness, it is very dark even in the middle of the day. And we didn't get any reception at all on the ground floor on our phones + the wifi was really not good.

Very nice location. You can get everywhere on foot. Property with several dwellings, some rented and others seem to be in co-ownership. Well-equipped accommodation with quality decor.

Incredibly nice area and view, all rooms are stylishly decorated and everything feels new and fresh. A good pool and plenty of space for activities, perfect for a family with children. Will definitely stay here again if we are nearby!

Holiday accommodation managed by an agency, in a shared villa, beautiful, perfectly in line with the descriptions. Villa away from the very noisy lake road but you can still hear it, which is the case with most homes in Tremezzo if you stay on the lakefront. The apartment itself has all the amenities, a little dark on the ground floor. Very nice neighbourhood of Italian families, respect this neighbourhood. Very nice bathing site 150 m away. Only point to review, access procedure with passage to the agency in Como could be optimised, and to be avoided in summer in my opinion for traffic jams.

This lively apartment / townhouse was perfection. Nestled in a small community that felt like staying at a cabin in the woods. It was charming and comfortable! One note: it’s near a church with a bell - bring earplugs if you’re a light sleeper!

Very clean apartment, in line with the photos. In addition it has been renovated, and it is very well equipped. Private parking spot, which is nice. Proximity to bus and boat. Regarding the staff, and the different people on Airbnb that I could have who manages this apartment: friendly, responsive and who was able to answer my every question. Congratulations to them, I think we will return to this apartment.

Very clean, well-equipped and tastefully decorated home. It's a real pleasure to eat out or cool off in the pool. The location is ideal for discovering the area on foot or by boat, the Greenway and a pier are at the end of the street. You can also walk to Villa Carlotta and Villa Balbaniello. The Home in como team was responsive. Anyway, I recommend it

Very nice accommodation in a house divided into four. The stairs to the bedroom are quite steep. The bathroom and kitchen are small but very functional and well-equipped. For the environment, the pool is very nice after the days of sightseeing. it is also possible to swim in the lake just at the end of the street. A big plus point for electric cars, there is a charging station in the small parking lot in front of the property gate. A few minutes' walk away is a boarding dock to visit the emblematic places (Bellagio, Varenna,...). i would highly recommend it!!

Really best place to stay in lake Como. In this small villages and crowds around coming back to the house was super relaxing as it is spacious and with amazing pool , garden area and great location too to reach all popular destinations. Nice to meet also other people staying there at the pool , as well as locals as well other tourists. All was clean , well taken care off , for kids nice selection of toys in the apartment , fully equipped kitchen , outdoor dining area, spacious parking. In super hot days relaxing at pool and having outdoor dinners I don’t think there are many as private and relaxing places around this area.
