The space
The three apartments are as follows and can be booked either separately or all together:Courtyard Loft:
A modern and elegant loft-style two-room apartment in the center of Como, perfectly located for getting around on foot or by car to explore the city and surroundings.
The apartment accommodates up to 4 guests. It features a double bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable double sofa in the living area, and a complete bathroom with a shower.
Porta Torre Loft:
The ideal choice for couples who appreciate design and modernity, as well as the warmth of a spacious and cozy home.
The bedroom is located on the mezzanine level, while the large living room—overlooking the quiet internal courtyard—includes two large sofa beds.
Como City Loft:
A place where lines and colors merge to create a harmonious blend of shapes.
This modern and elegant minimalist two-room apartment in the center of Como is the perfect starting point for your adventures. Young couples will especially enjoy its youthful atmosphere.
The apartment accommodates up to 4 guests. The double bedroom is located on the open mezzanine and is bathed in natural light. The kitchen is chef-worthy, and the comfortable double sofa adds a touch of character to the living area, which overlooks the peaceful inner courtyard—just steps from the city's vibrant life.
Guest access
Two parking spaces are available in the courtyard for the three apartments, for a fee—so advance reservation is important.Alternatively, you can park on nearby Viale Lecco within the blue lines. Paid hours are from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. You can pay at the meter and display the ticket, or use the “EasyPark” app.
There are also paid garages in the city: "VALDUCE" in Viale Lecco, "JASCA" in Piazza Volta, "CENTRO LAGO" with entrance on Via Recchi, and "TRIBUNALE" in Via Auguadri.
Other things to note
Baby beds are available for an additional fee.Extra cleaning and linen services are available for an additional fee.

After booking the apartment, you are required to fill-out a form about all the guests staying, including uploading pictures of yourself with your ID. Moreover, the check-in process included stopping by the Office of "My home in Como" in the northwest of the city for identification, despite already uploading pictures of yourself with your ID beforehand. This could probably designed a bit more customer-oriented. The apartment was clean and generally looks like on the given pictures. The AC unfortunately wasn't super reliable, as it sometimes just didn't heat despite the apartment being really cold. If we had any questions though, "My home in Como" was really quick to answer.

Perfect location to explore the old town of Como - shops and restaurants are within walking distance! Great also with small kids. Private car parking in the yard was a great plus! The Porta Torre apartment felt like a safe space for us. Host was responsive, helpful and friendly. However, the air conditioning system needs a bit of improvement. We definitely recommend this space!

Great location, the walk from Como san Giovanni station was about 15mins. Really easy Check in and great apartment. Only qualm is there’s no electric kettle and fan didn’t really work, but the location is smack in the middle of plenty of restaurants and amazing bar. I really recommend Fresco (bar). The apartment is a beautiful double story flat.

PLEASE NOTE! - To access the property, you will need: - Fill in the online check-in form (where you will be asked for photographs of the passports of ALL members who will be staying). - Sign the lease for tourist use. - Make a quick video call where all guests staying will have to show their IDs again so that they can be checked further. - Until EVERYTHING is completed, it will not be possible to enter the structure. THESE REQUIREMENTS ARE MANDATORY IN ORDER TO STAY IN THE STRUCTURE AND ARE REQUIRED BY ITALIAN LAW. ________ POSSIBLE ADDITIONAL FEES: - For CHECK-IN after 7:00 p.m. and CHECK-OUT after 10:00 a.m. (if not authorised), an additional sum will be requested, which will be communicated upon arrival and must be paid through a link that will be sent by us. - If the property is left in an unsuitable state, an additional sum will be requested due to overtime for cleaning.

Property Manager Terms
- For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
