The space
There is plenty of space for up to 6 travelers to rest! This apartment has two double bedrooms and a double sofa bed in the third bedroom. All bedrooms have wardrobes and chests of drawers for your clothes and some extra shopping!The heart of this lovely apartment is the living area with many large windows overlooking the picturesque streets of Como. This large room features a very comfortable sofa, a dining table, designer furniture, and a compact and well-equipped kitchen zone. In the bathroom, there is a washer and a dryer.
Guest access
There is an elevator in the building for easy access to the apartment. It is on the 4th floor.The historical center of Como is mainly a pedestrian area. The nearest parking is available in Viale Varese, about 300 meters from the apartment. You can park your car only within the blue stripes. Pay time is from 8 am to 8 pm. Pay at the machine and get the ticket to be put on the dashboard inside your car, or use the “EasyPark” app.
There are also paid parking garages nearby: “JASCA” in Piazza Volta, “CENTRO LAGO” with an entrance in Via Recchi, "VALDUCE” in Viale Lecco, and "TRIBUNALE” in Via Auguadri.

Our group loved staying at your apartment. The accommodations were exactly as described. The space was clean, well stocked, more than enough space for a group of 5 adults. We had a relaxing 2 days in Como. The communication with the host was friendly and timely. Thank you again.

We had to make a video call with all the guests apart from presenting the documentation.After that you have to pick up and then take the keys to a storage room that is 5 minutes away from there.If you go with a lot of luggage it's uncomfortable.There was one and ercera bed is like a sofa bed(fine mattress and folding box spring).The other two beds very well.Habout Netflix and Prime free

PLEASE NOTE! The Keys can be collected at a shop located in Viale Felice Cavallotti 2a, Como, 22100 ONLY after completing all the following steps: - Fill in the online check-in form (where passport photographs of ALL guests will be required). - Sign the tourist rental agreement. - Make a quick video call where all guests who stay will have to show the documents again so that they can be checked further. - Until EVERYTHING is completed, it will not be possible to enter the property. THESE ADEMPITIS ARE REQUIRED TO BE ABLE TO STAY IN THE STRUCTURE AND ARE REQUIRED BY ITALIAN LAW. At the end of the stay, the keys must be returned to the collection point by 10:00 a.m. ______________________ POSSIBLE ADDITIONAL FEES: - For check-in after 7:00 pm and check-out after 10:00 am (if not authorized) an additional amount will be required that will be communicated upon arrival and must be paid through a link that will be sent by us. - If the property is left in an inappropriate state, an additional amount due to overtime cleaning hours will be required. - If the keys are lost or not delivered to the collection point, a sum of €50 will be requested. - Return keys

Property Manager Terms
- For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
