The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. There is a comfortable double bedroom, a living area consisting of a living room with a sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchen - induction hob, dishwasher, oven, extractor hood, etc., and a bathroom with a shower. You will also find a flat-screen TV and free wi-fi. The apartment does not have air conditioning, but you can use fans to cool the rooms.Guest access
The apartment is located on the ground floor and once you have parked your car just a few steps will be enough to access it.In the area in front of the property's entrance, there are both free parking spaces - disc parking, and paid parking spaces.

All in all, a pretty and well-equipped apartment. Reachable by car in 20 minutes from Como. Very audible. Unfortunately, the floor in the apartment was not clean (dust, dirt and HAIR in the corners) and one of the spare terry cloths had a weird stain, which we had both reported immediately. It was always answered within a very short time. The cleaning team have been sent by again. Unfortunately, even after that, the floor was still dirty, nothing was cleaned, just the towels and sheets changed. It was even claimed that everything was clean and you had not found anything, although we had sent photos from the beginning, which could clearly explain this. When we sent photos again, there was no response until today. After all, we were refunded the cleaning fee. All in all it is a nice apartment and the stay would actually have been pleasant. However, the matter with the dirty floors and the associated strains and inconvenience has been very clouded. We hope that more attention will be paid to cleanliness in the future.

PLEASE NOTE! - To access the property, you will need: - Fill in the online check-in form (where you will be asked for photographs of the passports of ALL members who will be staying). - Sign the lease for tourist use. - Make a quick video call where all guests staying will have to show their IDs again so that they can be checked further. - Until EVERYTHING is completed, it will not be possible to enter the structure. THESE REQUIREMENTS ARE MANDATORY IN ORDER TO STAY IN THE STRUCTURE AND ARE REQUIRED BY ITALIAN LAW. ________ POSSIBLE ADDITIONAL FEES: - For CHECK-IN after 7:00 p.m. and CHECK-OUT after 10:00 a.m. (if not authorised), an additional sum will be requested, which will be communicated upon arrival and must be paid through a link that will be sent by us. - If the property is left in an unsuitable state, an additional sum will be requested due to overtime for cleaning. - Turn things off

Property Manager Terms
- For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
