This house is perfect for a family or a group of up to six people but also for a couple looking for a romantic experience. The house has a double bedroom with a lake view, a bedroom with two single beds (perfect for two children), and a living room with a double sofa bed. There is an equipped kitchen and a possibility to enjoy meals in the garden. Swimming enthusiasts will enjoy the easy lake access from the garden as well as the public beach which is a 15-minute walk away.

Very responsive host team and overall great place to stay, except that the house was very cold at night. The backyard is beautiful with great views to the lake. The kitchen despite being a bit old is extremely well equipped and the bedlinen, towels and overall furniture is really good quality. Overall we had a great stay and recommend it despite the minor issues with the heating system.

Here are my experiences to share with other coming guests: 1)One of the roads leading to the house was blocked due to road construction, but the Agent/landlord didn't inform us in advance. Otherwise, I wouldn't stay here because it's inconvenient to get in and out. I reported this issue to the agent (at 5:00 p.m.), the reply I received was at 11:00 p.m with “I am sorry but we didn’t know) 2)The tables and chairs in the garden are very dusty (different from the pics posted). It seems they haven't been used for a while. The kitchen utensils and tableware also need to be cleaned. 3)Neighbors are very close so the garden has no privacy. The sound of the TV from the next door can be heard clearly every night with dog barks. What a night! 4)There are many mosquitoes so dining in the garden can be quite annoying. 5)No AC, no oven, no dryer, no cooking oil provided and the wine opener was broken. Overall, I don't recommend staying here, especially considering the price we paid.

Great, I recommend it, a quiet area, the lake is beautiful, very clean There was a shortage of napkins for long stays, the water heater (kettle) was broken and replaced, the laundry room needs a little cleaning, the backyard is clean and needs some attention

thanks for an amazing stay .. I have only one issue with the checking as there was lots of requests first submit all documents and details and then they asked me for video call or visit the office which was not a good move for me

Excellent location surrounded by the quiet and nature in front of the small lake of Montorfano. Well-kept and spacious apartment, ideal for 4 people. The private garden adds that extra touch to relax and enjoy the view. Recommended for both couples and friends (as in our case)
