My stay was very good, the area, the proximity to the beach. My recommendation would be: in the future, install a larger refrigerator, since the one you have is quite small for long stays. The bed in the master bedroom wobbles and makes a lot of noise, you can tell it's a bit old.

Our stay was excellent and the apartment was close to the beach, with many restaurants around. The location was perfect and Madeleine is a wonderful host and gave us all the necessary information we needed.

the biggest advantage of this apartment is the location, everything is close: to the beach, to the grocery store, bakery for fresh croissants or rolls, to the train station, also to various cafes and restaurants. The apartment is clean, towels and bed linen as well. there is air conditioning. the apartment may need a little refreshing, i.e. small renovation. and apart from that we are happy with the stay.

We had a really lovely stay in this apartment and felt at home. The good points: extremely close to the beach, lovely apartment, spacious, very helpful and responsive host. The big minus for us was the functionality of the air conditioning, which works on a 2 hours timer activated from a wall unit. During the day is not a problem at all, but at night it means that every two hours we needed to wake up and walk across the room to restart it. Normally there would be a thermostat and a silent night mode ensuring a restful continuous night sleep - this is not the case here, and it takes its toll after a while. I am sure the host will remediate this.

Good location, quiet, good air conditioner, near Del Mar, restaurants and businesses and quite comfortable. Good communication with Madeleine The apartment needed some attention and Madeleine was taken care of immediately
