Unfortunately, we had ants inside the apartment. I reported this, but they didn't follow my message It is a very noisy environment, you can hear the many cars and also the train passing by. In two bedrooms, the beds were not comfortable and very small. Plus I had a caterpillar in bed and it was unfortunately dusty in the bedrooms. In one bedroom you could not close the shops so it was very bright in the morning, which was very disturbing.

Very nice apartment in Como! The lake can be reached by foot in about 30min. The area is very nice. There are good parking opportunities. The apartment consists of two floors and a very nice balcony with an amazing view. We had an amazing stay!

very nice duplex apartment, very clear and very nice. Refurbished in a beautiful residence, beautiful character villa shared in several units, plenty of space, nice view and terrace, and two parking spaces (closed box) that I think are accessible to any type of vehicle, which is appreciated. During our stay the elevator was not working, but nothing prohibitive. 15 min walk from the old center, 30 min from the lakeshore. The accommodation is quiet and well insulated, despite the proximity to the railway (trains cannot be forgotten;) perfect service from Home in Como frankly, I recommend it! Have a good stay and beautiful region.

Nice and big apartment with a large terrace you can spend your time in the morning with breakfast or evening. Nice view. For us at 5 people, this was perfect as well as the home having its own garage to park our car is a big plus. The only minus we would probably say that there is no air conditioner so it was really hot during the time we rented the apartment, fans are there but it does not help much unfortunately. Recommend the apartment!

We had a great time at the house. questions were always answered very quickly and check-in and out via lockbox is easy. The balcony has a beautiful view of Como and as it is spacious it's great for mealtimes. We travelled by train, which is a 25min. walk to the station. We had some time figuring out the local bus system but after that we could easily reach all the destinations we wanted.

The apartment is great however this is being a 3 bedroom place it doesn't suit 3 adults. Main bedroom had a queen bed, the other bedroom had a small "day bed" and lastly two small very low single beds. The elevator is on the second floor and have to climb 2 flights of stairs not ideal for the elderly. The lights in the lift of death were not working and it's a decent walk from out of town. Expensive for what it is.

We were overly disappointed with our experience at this Air BnB. Upon arrival we had to almost immediately leave and find a hotel elsewhere. The host was then not at all willing to provide and refunds or compensation. The photos and listing description were not accurate with the space and inclusions. There was a very noticeable smell in the unit. The elevator was not working which caused an issue getting luggage into the unit. The unit is located close to a very busy road and was quite loud. A number of issues came up that the host was not able to answer to or assist in a solution.

Spacious, beautifully designed and well equipped apartment with good views over Como. A very comfortable place to stay. Easy instructions to gain access, although a remote for the gate to the parking garage would have been useful. It takes about 30 minutes to get to the town and lakeside on foot and it is not a particularly pleasant walk so a car is recommended. Very good communication from the hosting company.

This place was a gem! It was not too far from the main spots in Como but far enough to enjoy some peace and have a beautiful view. The owner was very friendly and easy to communicate with even tho we didn’t need much as everything was great!

You have to know that the flat is a bit outside, so it is best to arrange a taxi when you arrive (it's quite steep). Without luggage, you can also walk to the centre/back to the apartment. The flat was very clean and we really liked the terrace with the view. Also, the whole organisation with the agency was very easy and professional - we can only recommend the stay.

Very nice property with a great balcony and spacious living room. The apartment was very clean and the employees of the host company were very attentive and accommodating. The only thing worth noting is that the city center is quite far for a walk and most people will probably still have to drive to go for dinner or else in the city center. Further, the flat is right next to the train line and a 4 lane road, something people with a light sleep should be aware of.
