The space
Located just above the popular lakeside village of Argegno, there are 4 brand new apartments with shared 10 x 4 metre swimming pool. The apartments have been furnished in a modern, yet elegant style, to enhance the stunning views.This beautifully located apartment with amazing uninterrupted views of Lake Como and stunning mountain views to the right of the swimming pool has everything the modern holiday home should offer. Free wifi, large pool (shared between only 4 apartments and open from 1st April to 31st October), lovely gardens and large terraces, satellite TV (English-language channels), washing machine and dishwasher all included.
The apartments are located in a 2 story building, with 2 apartments on the ground floor and 2 on the top floor.
This first floor apartment has a large wrap-around balcony and a small garden to the rear.

Additional InformationThere is a small lane to these very private & peaceful apartments (no traffic noise). Great walks right outside the property. Discover medieval villages just round the corner and explore the old donkey tracks. The lively village of Argegno is only 3 minutes away by car with several bars and restaurants to enjoy for all your stay. Each apartment has private parking.
Price is inclusive of all linen and bathroom towels.
We highly recommend a car, as the walk back from the village of Argegno (approx. 15 minutes) is very steep.

The apartment matches the description and photos. Very clean. Beautiful view of Lake Como from the living room and terrace. The area is very quiet. Free parking nearby (to get there, the last hundred meters are a bit steep and the road is narrow). Very responsive and available host. Wi-Fi works very well. Menaggio and Como can be reached in halfan hour by car. A great place to rest and visit the west coast of the Lake.

The hosts were kind and somewhat responsive and tried to make several accomodations for us when wifi wouldn't work. Never did get WiFi during our 5 nights. The pool area is quite dated, doesn't look like the pics. It's yellowed from the sun and old looking. The loungers don't adjust, there was one umbrella, the fencing is old and bent and crappy looking. The pool WAS GOOD for little kids because it was shallower and they could touch. The view is gorgeous from the property. We were placed in the top unit, and there really isn't a yard for the kids like we expected. The view is wonderful, but balcony is a little cramped, furniture dated, only a few tv channels, no toilet paper, no toilet paper holder, kind of old and rusty shower, tiny shower stall impossible to bend over in it or move around. Couldn't even walk out of the shower without squeezing out, and I'm not that big. Bed we squeaky, and not very comfy... fortunately for my bad back, we always bring a mattress pad. Lastly, the drive up to the property was done in a minivan and it was SUPER tricky. Definitely bring a small car. Also, bring a car, because you could not walk all the way up and down the mountain to go places. The place wasn't bad, but to be super honest, wasn't worth the nightly rate. It's more of a 150€/nt place.

• In order to access the property, you will need to fill out the online check-in form (where the passport photographs of ALL the members who will be staying will be required) and in addition you are required to sign the rental contract for tourist use. Until it is completed, it will not be possible to enter the property. • For check-in after 7:00 pm and check-out after 10:00 am (if not authorized) an additional amount will be required which will be communicated upon arrival and must be paid through a link that will be sent by us. Pool is closed from 10pm to 8am

Property Manager Terms
- Cancel up to 7 days before your trip and get a full refund, including all fees.
- Cancel by noon on the day of check-in and get a 50% refund of the total nightly rate. You’ll also get a full refund of all fees.
- Cancel during your trip and you may be eligible for a partial refund.
- Cancel before noon local time during the trip and you’ll be refunded 50% of the remaining booking value, excluding fees.
- Cancel after noon local time during the trip and you’ll be refunded 50% of the remaining booking value, excluding that night and fees.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
