The apartment is very good and the location is excellent. Check-in is complicated, they require a prior video call, the signing of a contract, but the worst thing is that the keys have to be picked up at a destination that is 15 minutes from the accommodation, and the same thing has to be done to return the keys. This situation should be clarified.

in this stay I was, almost everything excellent, in general, there was nothing missing, like extras... some coffee capsules, sugar... completing the many extras, which were already in the reviews. all the air conditioning, we didn't know how to graduate at night and pass cold. A blind didn't work and the next day it was fixed.

The apartment is centrally located in the city and yet close to the lake. Many great restaurants as well as shopping are within 5 minutes. The apartment itself is clean and perfect for a getaway!

Very close to Como Lago station. Literally 5 mins walk. Close to all the good restaurants and literally 3 mins walk to the ferry point. Very good amenities in the apartment - only thing missing was a proper dining table. Kitchen had all the utensils of very good quality. Beddings very soft and comfortable. The bedroom was spacious. The bathroom was spacious and had clear glass partition to the toilet area. Supply of hot water was continuous. Instructions were clear from the host. There was a proper Guestbook in English as well. overall - very good experience

Lovely apartment with everything you can need right in the heart of lots of beautiful restaurants and a stones throw to the lake. It can be a little noisy at night however you are right in the centre so would expect that level of noise. Opposite is a pizzeria that does the most amazing thin and beautiful pizzas and we would highly recommend visiting. We chose to get a take away one night and it was delicious. Thoroughly recommend the property.

Amazing stay in Lake Como. Very clean and beautiful home - but what stood out the most is the LOCATION. Everything is walkable, and you have easy access to everything from the home. Host was very communicative and responsive during the entire stay. Would stay again.

The place was ok and location was nice .However there are some major issues that need addressing . 1.The power kept on tripping whenever we switched on ac and washing machine .so we either had to switch off the ac or run the washing machine .Not idea in hot weather. 2.the same is the issue with the kitchen hob. 3.The hot water in the bathroom shower runs out very soon ,so if you are family of 4 .Only one person can use it and then will have to wait for couple of hours to use again .Very disappointing . 4. It is not fair on the guest to keep going out and checking the power switch .This can be health and safety risk and should be addressed immediately. 5.finally please provide adequate duvet covers for the beds. There were none provided..

Overall the stay was perfect. The location was amazing, the apartment beautiful and the people helpful. At night was a bit noisy sometimes but nothing to worry about. I really recommend it!

Location is excellent. Apartment is very clean and is still looks modern although the place needs a bit of repainting in some spots. All equipments inside were working fine. Beds are confortable and the towels are hotel quality. Wireless...just rely on your roaming mobile data connection and you'll be fine.

While this apartment is fine, the experience will likely feel a little underwhelming. Just a bunch of small details (dishwasher was full of dirty dishes, we only had 3 coffee capsules for 2 nights, hot water was spotty at best and not enough for 2 consecutive showers, we asked for only 1 bed and the sofa bed was prepared for extra guests, etc…). Also, while the listing indicated correctly the check-out at 10am, this is really early compared to normal practices especially for such a small apartment (I don’t think 5 hours is required to make it ready in time for the next 3pm check-in time) and there was absolutely no flexibility to extend even to 11 or 12. So for the price we paid, we left a bit disappointed although nothing major. It’s well located and the bathroom is nice.

We (couple, 58 + 61) stayed for 2 days at Mark's Gallery. All processing went smoothly, communication went quickly. The apartment is absolutely perfect, 3 min walk to the ferry up Lake Como, 1 min walk to the bus stop and right in the center. It can hardly be better, because it is still very quiet. The rooms are well appointed and perfect for 2 people. Other people should be on a slightly outdated couch in the kitchen-living room. Unfortunately, the kitchen is not provided with the basic equipment of food (spices, etc.), which leaves the aftertaste that you don't want to cook here. Also just three espresso capsules now sound at 660€ rent (for 2 days) not exactly generous. In this respect, we make compromises on the price-performance ratio, as the overall price seemed to us to be very high (but on the weekend there was hardly anything else to get in Como).

our host was considerate and very nice, good communication. The accommodation is very clean with all the comforts as at home. Quality services and amenities, especially the bedding, which is excellent . The location is ideal for everything on foot near the pier and in the center where all the restaurants are. I would recommend and I will definitely come back.

The location of this apartment is perfect and very Central. There is a lift which is convenient, but note that there are stairs leading up to the lift. The flat itself was smaller than expected.

This recently renovated unit in the town of Como could not be more perfect. The location is conveniently located equidistant from the lake and many plazas for food & shopping. The windows open up over the town and you’d be able to enjoy a fantastic meal at home with the excellently equipped kitchen. The bed is comfortable and bathroom is perfectly stocked. Re the AC: the unit is equipped with 2 small units installed in the ceiling. They’re very effective. Based on the reviews though I can see on a blistering hot day these units won’t get to *cold* the same way very freezing cold central air does. If the ability to get freezing cold during a heat wave is a requirement for you in the summer months, I would suggest a hotel instead. When arriving by train, check-in is a 10 min walk from the train and 5 mins from the unit. If checking in by car just note you’ll have to make an extra stop to pick up the keys. Overall the experience was convenient as long as you arrive in daylight.

What a fabulous place! We booked this last-minute after our first rental cancelled on us 2 nights before our reservation and we are counting it a blessing in disguise! The space is set up very functionally with a nice, large bedroom plus a roomy living area. Everything for a comfortable stay has been thought of with extra blankets and pillows, and plenty of dinnerware if you want to eat in. Our favorite amenity was the two heat pumps (One in the bedroom and one in the living room)! We traveled for 2 weeks without AirCon and were delighted to use them to cool down in the August Heat. Would definitely stay here again.

Apart from the location this was a very disappointing stay at over €300/night - the place has no character (unlike the listing photos) - the minimum provided and no attempt to go above and beyond to make a great stay - for example: no shower gel, no shampoo, empty coffee tin, no washer detergent, no spare towels, no bath mat to prevent water all over the bathroom floor and slow dial-up speed internet. What made matters worse was that the response from the owner was very slow and then did not deliver on promise. Would not stay again.

Great place with a perfect location. It has a very comfortable bed with a great AC. Everything was generally clean except the apartment had a distinct food smell. The key pick up point was a 10 min walk from the apartment which was inconvenient. The Internet also cut in and out. Overall, I would recommend the apartment.

+ We had a great stay, communication was quick and friendly and we could both do a early checkin and late checkout which was very generous. We can totally recommend this for a family stay as it has all the facilities needed. - as we traveled with a baby we had to clean the floor again (luckily there was all equipment needed) as it was quite dirty to crawl on with immediate stains and hair on her trousers but all in all our stay was super pleasent and we can recommend it!

Only downside would be that the walls are a bit thin so can hear neighbours in hallways but only bothered us as our dog could hear them. The rest of the apartment more than makes up for this

Very good location in old town Como. Clean, and spacious. The only downsides is the volume that you can also perceive and park through closed windows. Apartment is located in the Ztl, so parking is only possible outside the old town and is relatively expensive in the underground car parks.

Our stay in Como was great and so was the apartement. Everything was as described and looked like on the picture. The Check-In was very easy with a keybox, the communication was fast and reliable and the location is amazing. It‘s only one minute to the lake. The AC worked very well and was definetly useful with the warm temperatures. The bathroom was very big and beautiful and the equipment is very good and modern. We also got a list with recommendations for places and restaurants from our hosts. We would definetly recommend this appartement.

That was probably the best Airbnb experience I’ve had in a very long time. The flat is very modern, bright, super well-equipped and has a perfect location in Como just in front of the lake. The host was always available and ensured that we had a great stay at his place but also in Como. The bathroom was probably one of my highlights (walk-in and rainbow shower). There is also an AC in the whole apartment. We’re beyond thankful that we chose Alessandro’s place and will definitely consider coming back in the future :)

This was our 6th visit to Como from Zürich and this time we decided to stay closer to the lake...a great decision! We were only a couple hundred meters away from the Duomo as well as the lake. The flat appears to have been recently renovated. The bathroom and kitchen area looked brand new as we didn’t find any condiments except coffee capsules upon arrival. But that was a minor inconvenience...we ALWAYS go shopping for breakfast and snack items and picked up salt and sugar. There’s a small electric juicer which was an unexpected treat! I would highly recommend staying here. It could sleep 4 people but it’s best for 2. And PILLOWS!! There are six which is a big deal for us. Thank you Marie for the easy check in and great communication prior to our arrival!

I visited como for a little retreat during these strange times and this flat was perfect. It’s literally a minute walk to the lake, 2 min to the supermarket and 3 min to a fantastic bakery, Beretta, which has delicious focaccia and wonderful sweets. The flat is super stylish, the bed very comfortable, and really has all you need. I was also met at the public parking lot at check in and offered help with my bags. Really I count my days until I can return

A very nice modern apartment in the old town of Como, in the immediate vicinity of the lake. Parking the car was also not an issue. Very nice reception by Alessandra, who also turned out to be the owner of 2 Bernese Sennhunden. Great tips for breakfast before the next morning. Perfect for us! Thank you so much!

The airbnb is located right in the centre. It looks even better then in the pictures. The bed is very comfy and the bathroom is very big with a super nice shower. The communication is very easy. Would stay again.
