The space
This bright and welcoming apartment can host a total of 4 people. There is a spacious double bedroom and a double sofa bed in the living room for two extra guests. To make a longer stay more comfortable, air conditioning and a washer-dryer are available to our guests.Guest access
There is an elevator in the building but some steps have to be taken before the elevator. The apartment is on the 3rd floor.The historical center of Como is mainly a pedestrian area. The nearest street parking is available in Viale Lecco or in Viale Varese. You can park your car only within the blue stripes. Pay time is from 8 am to 8 pm. Pay at the machine and get the ticket to be put on the dashboard inside your car, or use the “EasyPark” app.
There are also paid parking garages nearby: “JASCA” in nearby Piazza Volta, “CENTRO LAGO” with an entrance in Via Recchi, "VALDUCE” in Viale Lecco, and "TRIBUNALE” in Via Auguadri.

in this stay I was, almost everything excellent, in general, there was nothing missing, like extras... some coffee capsules, sugar... completing the many extras, which were already in the reviews. all the air conditioning, we didn't know how to graduate at night and pass cold. A blind didn't work and the next day it was fixed.

Very close to Como Lago station. Literally 5 mins walk. Close to all the good restaurants and literally 3 mins walk to the ferry point. Very good amenities in the apartment - only thing missing was a proper dining table. Kitchen had all the utensils of very good quality. Beddings very soft and comfortable. The bedroom was spacious. The bathroom was spacious and had clear glass partition to the toilet area. Supply of hot water was continuous. Instructions were clear from the host. There was a proper Guestbook in English as well. overall - very good experience

• In order to access the property, you will need to fill out the online check-in form (where the passport photographs of ALL the members who will be staying will be required) and in addition you are required to sign the rental contract for tourist use. Until it is completed, it will not be possible to enter the property. • For check-in after 7:00 pm and check-out after 10:00 am (if not authorized) an additional amount will be required which will be communicated upon arrival and must be paid through a link that will be sent by us.

- Cancel up to 7 days before your trip and get a full refund, including all fees.
- Cancel by noon on the day of check-in and get a 50% refund of the total nightly rate. You’ll also get a full refund of all fees.
- Cancel during your trip and you may be eligible for a partial refund.
- Cancel before noon local time during the trip and you’ll be refunded 50% of the remaining booking value, excluding fees.
- Cancel after noon local time during the trip and you’ll be refunded 50% of the remaining booking value, excluding that night and fees.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
