Marinetti Suite 8 features a large living area with a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, complete with all appliances and utensils needed to prepare your favorite dishes. It can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people thanks to a spacious double bedroom and a comfortable double sofa bed.

The apartment is very centrally located. You can walk to downtown in about 5 minutes. We were even allowed to pick up the keys before the official check-in time. In case of problems opening the large gate, we got help directly by phone:) (You have to pull the key out of the lock to turn it. At the apartment door you have to press the door a little after entering the code!) Super clean apartment, plenty of towels and dishwasher tabs. We were completely satisfied! :)

This apartment is in a great location, it is very well equipped, brand new and the agency is efficient. The booking formalities are a bit restrictive but it's worth it.

Property Manager Terms

For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
