This place is perfect! We loved staying in this apartment. Super clean and was very comfortable for 2 people with a lot of extra space. Would recommend anyone to stay here for the price and location. Will definitely be coming back to Como and stay here!

I would say a Brand New Flat in Lake COMO, everything was and New and Beautiful vibe of the Flat.

The accommodation was very nice but the walls are very thin and the neighbors were arguing very loudly on one evening. Nice Location but be aware that you need to fill out forms that are not mentioned when first booking. All in all a very nice Location and a beautiful accommodation.

I did not receive an access instruction despite two requests. Waiting on site, I was then helped. A nice resident spoke on the phone and found the key deposit. The apartment was nicer than the pictures. The center is easily accessible by bus. The stop is a 2-minute walk away. The Airbnb is quiet and 5 minutes from the lake. I would book this again.

• In order to access the property, you will need to fill out the online check-in form (where the passport photographs of ALL the members who will be staying will be required) and in addition you are required to sign the rental contract for tourist use. Until it is completed, it will not be possible to enter the property. • For check-in after 7:00 pm and check-out after 10:00 am (if not authorized) an additional amount will be required which will be communicated upon arrival and must be paid through a link that will be sent by us.

Cancel up to 7 days before your trip and get a full refund, including all fees.
Cancel by noon on the day of check-in and get a 50% refund of the total nightly rate. You’ll also get a full refund of all fees.
Cancel during your trip and you may be eligible for a partial refund.
Cancel before noon local time during the trip and you’ll be refunded 50% of the remaining booking value, excluding fees.
Cancel after noon local time during the trip and you’ll be refunded 50% of the remaining booking value, excluding that night and fees.
Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
