The apartment has a great view and that's all. It is far from the city center and in the evening it will not be easy to walk. Good value for money. Nice service. Beautiful view. No terrace, a little neglected.

Great view of Lake Como from this apartment! Highly suggest booking if you have a vehicle. Buses and cabs were not easy to book and this location is not easily accessible by foot.

I thought this place was perfect. Super cute inside with a stunning view and windows that open like doors to really enjoy it. The bed was really comfy, the place was peaceful and quiet. There’s a washing machine too. Everything is walkable - 20 mins or you can grab a bus in a few mins. It is a walk up a big hill to get to the apartment (which is fine) but if you are not mobile and don’t have a car it could be an issue. Loved my stay here and would stay again

Really nice place, fantastic view. Easy to walk into the center or Como, but walking back requires walking up a little hill. Most important recommendation: get dinner at All i Oli. Honestly the best, kindest, tastiest, affordable dinner spot ever. Enjoy!

View is spectacular but unfortunately the hosts are resting on their laurels. The apartment is not as pictured it’s tired and dirty. Floors were not cleaned properly. We couldn’t find the remote for tv and the host got back to us the next day to say it may be under the bed as guests sometimes drop it there. We were shocked to find dirt, discarded tissues and unused sanitary towel under the bed. There is a spare duvet in cupboard but it was covered in stains. Pictures show plumped up pillows but we were only provided 2. We had to ask for pillow cases for spare ones in cupboard. It’s such a shame as it’s a spacious apartment with secure parking. The hosts who I believe are a company are not looking after it.

It was for a 3-night stay on the lake of Comme en couple. The panorama is superb with a very nice view of Lake Come, the neighborhood is quiet, the apartment is functional for 2 and the private parking is very nice. Too bad the top of the bed was stained (visibly blood) and dusty ... which is tricky to sleep when you're allergic to dust. Communication and payments are easier when everything goes through AIRBNB, because there is the automatic translator. However, we may come back to explore the lake tours for longer. Veronique

Excellent view of the lake and nice to be out of the hustle and bustle of downtown Como. Particularly good for people with cars as access by public transport / taxis isn’t very convenient.

Nice appartment with great view over Como and the lake. To walk to the city is possible within about 20 minutes, however the road to there is for pedesdrians rather dangerous due to heavy traffic. On the other side to find a parking place in Como is rather easy.

It was a nice stay in Como. Unfortunately, the weather was not so good, but that did not ruin our holiday. Como is a beautiful city. The apartment is very nice, clean and modernly furnished. The best thing is the fantastic lake view. Check-in and check-out went smoothly. The host was very friendly and attentive.

We had a very good stay. The apartment was very clean and had a super nice view on the lake. The check in was uncomplicated and well communicated. The street to the apartment is very curvy and the apartment is not optimal for very tall people due to beams on the Ceiling.

The apartment can benefit of a very good sight of Como lake, for romantic stay. At 5 minutes by car from down town and close to route for Switzerland; you can reach Chiasso and the highway in 15 minutes or less. It's a shame the proximity of railway even if it donesn't cause too noise. However the location is very quite and you are availabe a useful private parking.

This flat is bright, clean and with amazing lake view , much better than any Pictures show. You have to walk a bit up the hill but is worth to do so

We had a lovely stay in this apartment – it is definitely more of a hotel experience than a typical AirBnB, but that suited us fine. The view from the apartment is truly stunning, an amazing sight to wake up to as you can see all of Como and the hill with the Como-Brunate Funicular from your bed! We visited Como by foot, which works fine for travelling to the apartment – it is about 20-25 min walk from the centre.

Excellent apartment with everything you need! Very very clean and smells wonderful upon checking in. Lucia was a great host came to meet us at the apartment upon arrival at 7:30 pm! Apartment is located in a block which can be reach be car or by walk . Narrow street but it is normal in italy! 2min drive from nearest 24/7 supermarket 40min drive to lago di lugano. Magnificent view from apartment... we were mesmerized by the wonderful view of lake como beneath us and the view of the mountains!! Highly recommended! Would definitely stay here again if we visit again

Amazing view from this spectacular Airbnb, we were so happy to wake up and go to sleep to the best view in Como. Definitely recommend! Only downfall is the distance from the main location of most of the restaurants and central part of Como, but for the view it’s worth it!

Quite possibly the perfect view of Como and an equally impressive view up the Lake. This one bedroom/studio apartment is everything you need for a romantic getaway. I stayed here during a wedding celebration in Lake Como and had no trouble getting around. Word to the wise -- organize transportation ahead of time because linking with an Uber driver in town is rare!~

What a beautiful appartement we were lucky to have with airbnb. The photos and description made it justice and the view was amazing. The place smelled so good was Super clean with all amenities. Quite place up a small hill and close to downtown. Secure and quite building. What about the team that took care of giving us the keys and explaining how it works (Betty) and also Lucia who was our guide driving us to the appartement and also giving us some tips. Special attention with a bottle of bubbly wine just wow!! Hope to come back soin and will for sure recommend this place. Just an amazing time in Como and the VIEW at the appart just WOW!! Thanks for everything Benoit & Elisabeth ❤️❤️

We were only in Como for 2 nights so we decide to insultingly a great place. Daniela did not disappoint. The place is awesome, the location and view fabulous and the hospitality was second to none. I would highly recommend this place.
