"La Dolce Vista" is a spacious apartment located in the charming town of Moltrasio on the shores of Lake Como. From this cosy abode, you can enjoy a splendid view of the lake and the lush surrounding mountains. The terrace, furnished and equipped with an umbrella, allows you to admire the stunning panorama whilst enjoying your meals or sipping an aperitif at sunset.

The space

Another unique feature of this residence is the delightful small garden equipped with lounge chairs and an umbrella, where you can sunbathe and relax in total tranquility and privacy. Moreover, the modern style of the furnishings combined with the light tones of the decorations make this apartment particularly comfortable and bright.
The apartment can accommodate up to five people thanks to two double bedrooms and a sofa bed. The living area includes a fully equipped kitchen - induction cooktop, dishwasher, refrigerator, etc. - and a living room with L-shaped sofa and flat-screen TV. We loved staying at this airbnb. The rooms were spacious, clean, and modern. It had all essential applainces and items such as paper towels, tissues, soaps, bath towels, pots/ pans, salt and pepper etc. We especially loved the view of the lake. It was breathtaking. A few things to note, we are traveling with my elder parents and there are lots of steps to reach the airbnb. It was a little hard but manageable. We also got confused with how to use the stove but eventually figured it out. The most difficult was finding a taxi. Thankfully, the owner was able to send a recommendation for a driver but he was not always readily available. I was here for a wedding and was almost late. The bus was also not as reliable. Def recommend renting a car in como and since this airbnb offers a parking spot.

In total it was good. Nice area, nice view. Just we some had issues with parking (the place in front of the home was often crowded and then you have to park more far away). The street in front of the house can be a bit noisy but usually quiet at night.

The place was absolutely perfect! Beautiful views and spacious apartment! The restaurants and the boat shuttle to the surrounding villages are within walking distance 5-10 minutes down the steps to the village! Only one regret… didn't stay longer! Very responsive host! Thank you for the beautiful stay!

Until it is completed, it will not be possible to enter the property. • For check-in after 7:00 pm and check-out after 10:00 am (if not authorized) an additional amount will be required which will be communicated upon arrival and must be paid through a link that will be sent by us.
