The name of the beautiful house comes from the spacious outside yard, where swallows come to make their nests every spring.
The space
This one-bedroom loft is decorated with extreme attention to detail, with several objects coming from all over the world, each carefully placed in harmony with the contemporary design of the space.A fully equipped kitchen, two large and cozy sofas in the living room for 2 extra guests, and a comfortable double bedroom: these are all for our guests to feel perfectly at home. The exposed wooden beams and the high ceilings give a great feeling of warmth, and the many windows fill the airy living area with sunlight.
The apartment sleeps up to four people, and there is plenty of room for a baby crib if needed.
There are two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and a shower, and another smaller one.
A special feature of the Corte delle Rondini is the Temporary Shop: a special area of the house where a selection of unique interior decoration ideas.and interior design elements carefully selected by our Interior Designers are on display and available for our guests to browse through and shop.

The apartment is on the ground floor, but it is two-leveled with stairs.The apartment is in the historical city center of Como which is mainly a pedestrian area and a limited traffic zone. There is no private parking, but street parking is available in Viale Lecco or Viale Varese. You can park your car only within the blue stripes. Pay time is from 8 am to 8 pm. Pay at the machine and get the ticket to be put on the dashboard inside your car, or use the “EasyPark” app.
There are also paid parking garages nearby: “JASCA” in Piazza Volta, “CENTRO LAGO” with an entrance in Via Recchi, "VALDUCE” in Viale Lecco, and "TRIBUNALE” in Via Auguadri.

In this property, pets are allowed upon request and at an additional fee to ensure allergy-free cleaning.Baby beds are available at an extra cost.

We stayed in this apartment in como with our 6 month old baby. First the good stuff… the location is incredible, close to everything in como. It is quiet, except for the singing birds. The neighbours are super quiet and this was great with the baby. Checkin and checkout was easy and communication with the hosts that run the apt was easy throughout. The apt is as described, with 2 bathrooms and a kitchen, living area etc. it is larger than you would expect. We had problems with having a baby there, maybe one should reconsider staying here with a baby. We had some difficulties getting a cot, the one we got was broken, but in fairness the hosts bought us another new, perfect one. We felt that the kitchen amenities are very bare, the hosts ended up buying us kitchen towels and a drain board (to wash and dry baby bottles) when we pointed out that this was super important to us. Communication with the hosts was excellent throughout, always friendly. It seems that they manage multiple properties and it is a busy time at the moment. There is also a skylight in the bedroom, resulting in a very bright bedroom…. Nothing that anyone can do about that! Overall we enjoyed our stay. The location is incredible. I think travelling with a baby is challenging and some places cater better than others. We were grateful for the hosts helping us out.

This is our second stay! An attractive and comfortable apartment set in a delightful, secluded courtyard. The position is perfect; the shops, sights and amenities are all within walking distance. Really warm and comfortable in winter and cool in summer. It now feels like home! We will most certainly return again soon. Sincere thanks to the My Home in Como team.

Additional rules
• In order to access the property, you will need to fill out the online check-in form (where the passport photographs of ALL the members who will be staying will be required) and in addition you are required to sign the rental contract for tourist use. Until it is completed, it will not be possible to enter the property. • For check-in after 7:00 pm and check-out after 10:00 am (if not authorized) an additional amount will be required which will be communicated upon arrival and must be paid through a link that will be sent by us.

Property Manager Terms
- Cancel up to 7 days before your trip and get a full refund, including all fees.
- Cancel by noon on the day of check-in and get a 50% refund of the total nightly rate. You’ll also get a full refund of all fees.
- Cancel during your trip and you may be eligible for a partial refund.
- Cancel before noon local time during the trip and you’ll be refunded 50% of the remaining booking value, excluding fees.
- Cancel after noon local time during the trip and you’ll be refunded 50% of the remaining booking value, excluding that night and fees.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
