This wonderful place truly felt like a home away from home. Nestled in the heart of Como’s old town—steps from charming boutiques, inviting cafés, and just a short stroll from the lake—it carries the spirit of the city in the most enchanting way. The apartment’s charm is unforgettable, especially its lovely terrace, where you can linger in the sun, unwind with a book, or simply enjoy the quiet rhythm of the day. Despite being in the center, the space is serene and peaceful. The kitchen is beautifully equipped with everything one might need, even for longer stays when you wish to create a cozy dinner and savor the evening in private instead of going out. We left with full hearts, already dreaming of our next visit to this perfect home away from home.

Right in the old town, great location, upholstered furniture a little dirty, furniture on the roof terrace old and uncomfortable, otherwise everything is great!

Loved the apartment as it was quiet and yet right in the mix of activity. The terrace really made the unit so much more appealing. Could not ask for a better location. The stairs were a good workout after eating so no complaints here.

We had an unforgettable 5 days in Como. The apartment was in a perfect location, surrounded by lovely restaurants, shops and bars. Walking distance to the ferry, bus and train station which made visiting the towns surrounding the lake easy and enjoyable. We would book this apartment in the future :)

Amazing rooftop apartment in the perfect location. Very nice host. Terrace view was great. comfortable bed and all you need in the kitchen. Be warned, it is many flight of stairs and no elevator, so consider your physical ability and desire to climb stairs before you book. Will definitely rent again!

If you are aware that you have to go a lot of steps without an elevator to get into the apartment and the parking situation in Como is a bit difficult, the accommodation is perfect. Due to the location on the top floor of the house, you can enjoy a great roof terrace in the middle of Como. It was very clean and the accessibility of the host was optimal.

Perfect central location close to both Lago and San Giovanni train stations as well as to the lake itself. Great for restaurants & bars which are in abundance as soon as you step outside the front door. Apartment itself is very clean and a good size for 2 people. The terrace area is superb - massive for central Como with great views. Only disappointment was the furniture - cast iron chairs & 2 deckchairs - really uncomfortable which was a shame. That said we spent a few evenings out there watching the most incredible lightening I've ever seen. Well equipped kitchen so handy for a couple of nights in when it rained & we didn't fancy getting wet. Bed comfortable but no blackout blinds, sufficient storage space for clothes. If you don't mind the stairs to the top of the building this is a real gem.

The apartment is very clean, in a great location and has a beautiful roof terrace. It is very stylish and ideal for a city trip in Como for two or alone. However, the apartment should not be advertised for 3 people, as the "sofa bed" is only a small sofa that you cannot pull out. It's impossible to sleep as an adult. Apart from that, we liked it very much, the apartment has a lot of charm and the location is unbeatable. Communication with the owners also worked fine.

Can’t beat the location in the historic city center. Literally steps away from great restaurants and medieval history. The terrace is the big draw here. Even in the middle of winter, we managed to bundle up and spend hours out there, drinking our morning coffee and evening Prosecco. It was wonderful. As others mentioned, you “earn” that view with the many steps, but we didn’t see any other rooftop terraces around us, it was pretty special. A very responsive host company, too. Have an apertivo at Hemingway, a cozy bar down the alley on the left.

We stayed in this apartment over New Year's Eve 22/23 for two nights in this apartment. The apartment offered us everything we expected. The apartment is very nice, cozy and clean. In the kitchen there was everything you need: pots, glasses (even very nice wineries), oil and vinegar and a small selection of spices. The location is unbeatable. Right in the center and only 3-5 minutes to the lake. What surprised me very much was how quiet that it was. Incredible for the center. I live in a city in Switzerland and in Como I felt like somewhere on a mountain in an abandoned place, so quiet it was. So our stay was great, we slipped so great into the new year. :) Only point: We had Rapat so didn't pay the full price of 400Euro 400Euro is a bit much per night but I can also understand in the main session with this location and this balcony.

This apartment is located in a very good part of town close to everything you need. Amazing roof top view. Communication was great. Needed early check in and needed to wait a little longer to check out and was all accommodated. Perfect bang for your buck!

A very nicely decorated apartment! Pleasant and convenient. The apartment on the 4th floor allows you to be quiet while being in the heart of the city. The terrace (in October) allows you to enjoy the sunrise and sunset. Clear check-in greetings and guidelines.

The place was made to put somebody in exile- the navigation could not find it bec it is in the pedestrian zone. Imagine all the people and you Maneuver through with an suv. Extremely stressful. Then arrived you have a labyrinth of stairs leading up to the “tower” which you enter via the roof top terrace… if you have luggage it is an almost impossible task. The agency does not care I ask to offer another place but to no Avail. Never again with this agency!!!

Beautiful apartment located in the heart of the old town of Como. Very lovingly and tastefully decorated with a magnificent terrace. Very clean and stocked with everything. Not suitable for people with walking problems due to the many narrow stairs to the apartment on the top floor. If you value a spacious bathroom with a spacious shower room, you have to make small compromises. Absolutely recommend for everyone else! We had wonderful days there and enjoyed this very special gem very much. Thank you very much!

We spent a week in Como. The place was very clean, well maintained, and is exactly as it is in the pictures. The location is in the middle of the city, which is great for strolling through the beautiful alleys and eating out in the evening. Right in the corner is a large square where there are many bars and a lot going on in the evening, but still you can't hear about it in the apartment. The roof terrace is totally beautiful, but you have to earn the view over a lot of steps first. I would recommend to arrive with not too much luggage:) In principle, it is still important to know that only residents are allowed to drive into the old town of Como and you have to park the car a little further away (about 8 minutes on foot), but that makes downtown Como only all the more beautiful.

The apartment is every bit as beautiful in real life as it is in the photos. The terrace view looks south over the city, and is a beautiful spot to relax after walking around all day. The apartment is very close to the boat ports, wonderful restaurants and shopping.

The terrace and view are definitely the draw card for this apartment, it is superb. There are a lot of stairs to climb to the apartment but if you are fit and healthy its not a problem. The apartment has most items you need for an apartment stay.

Travelling on my own to Como was really exciting and Daniela's apartment was an incredible hub! The space was extremely stylish with a fantastic top floor balcony view and great natural light - it has so much charm and felt just like home. The apartment was within walking distance of restaurants, cafes and the Port, which made it extremely accessible and I felt incredibly safe and well looked after by Daniela and Betty during my stay. I highly recommend this apartment and look forward to coming back to Como and staying here again.
