The historical centre of Como is mainly a pedestrian area. The nearest parking is available in Viale Lecco or Viale Varese. You can park your car only within the blue stripes. Pay time is from 8 am to 8 pm. Pay at the machine and get the ticket to be put on the dashboard inside your car, or use the “EasyPark” app.
There are also paid parking garages nearby: “JASCA” in Piazza Volta, “CENTRO LAGO” with an entrance in Via Recchi, "VALDUCE” in Viale Lecco, and "TRIBUNALE” in Via Auguadri.

The apartment was nice and clean and in a great location. The host was easy to reach and helped us a lot when we got lost due to bad weather and blocked roads. An employee even picked us up with her car, which was very nice. She was also very friendly and helpful. What bothered us a bit was that the check-in was super complicated. You had to put the keys in a different place than from the apartment and also return it, which was very tedious with baby and luggage after a long car journey. It was about 10 minutes' walk from the apartment and you also have to be aware that there is no parking in the immediate vicinity. We found a paid parking space about 5 minutes' walk from the apartment, which cost €24 per day. All in all, we would still recommend the stay!

PLEASE NOTE! The Keys can be collected at a shop located in Viale Felice Cavallotti 2a, Como, 22100 ONLY after completing all the following steps: - Fill in the online check-in form (where passport photographs of ALL guests will be required). - Sign the tourist rental agreement. - Make a quick video call where all guests who stay will have to show the documents again so that they can be checked further. - Until EVERYTHING is completed, it will not be possible to enter the property. THESE ADEMPITIS ARE REQUIRED TO BE ABLE TO STAY IN THE STRUCTURE AND ARE REQUIRED BY ITALIAN LAW. At the end of the stay, the keys must be returned to the collection point by 10:00 a.m. ______________________ POSSIBLE ADDITIONAL FEES: - For check-in after 7:00 pm and check-out after 10:00 am (if not authorized) an additional amount will be required that will be communicated upon arrival and must be paid through a link that will be sent by us. - If the property is left in an inappropriate state, an additional amount due to overtime cleaning hours will be required. - If the keys are lost or not delivered to the collection point, a sum of €50 will be requested. - Return keys

Property Manager Terms
- For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
