Como town is fabulous, and this apartment is a comfortable and central place from which to experience it all. Even though the old part of town is out-of-bounds for cars, there is not far to parking spaces, at least at our time of year (January).

Apartment is basically in the centre of Como and it was perfect for a couple. Everything is within a walking distance. The apartment was clean and had all the listed amenities. The only thing that bothered us was that the balcony windows are not isolating much of the noise outside and it was very noisy during the night. Apart from this - everything else was good.

There were two of us in Como in early October 24. In preparation for the trip, you upload all the data and photos of the IDs, then you will receive a number for the key safe. So very relaxed arrival. We were there by train. The apartment is clean and well furnished. The wifi works The location is great. Right in the middle. Everything is at walking distance, a small supermarket is around the corner. We enjoyed the location. If you live centrally, you also know that the street is busy. There is also the street cleaning or the garbage collection in the early hours at 4:30 am. It didn't bother us. When the shower hose was broken (Sunday), a new one was mounted directly on Monday. However, we deduct 1/2 points. We are used to have at least the basics such as salt and pepper available in a well-equipped kitchen. Despite inquiries, there were no dish towels, only a paper towel was there. And honestly, a Nespresso machine? Really?

Very nice small apartment super centrally located in Como. From here, the city is a great place to visit on foot. There are many great cafes and restaurants nearby. Due to the central location and the adjacent restaurant, however, it is especially noisy outside in the morning and evening. If that doesn't bother you, you can spend your vacation here wonderfully.

The place is nice, it is well located, it was absolutely clean and provide good communication. Now unfortunately I could not disassemble comfortably because the mattress was in very bad condition, if they renovated the mattress it would be a 4.5 star

Overall wonderful stay in Como, especially for the late timing of the booking for a holiday week. The hosts were always quick with a response when I had a question, and the place was perfect for mine and my cat’s needs.

Everything was great, the apartment was clean, the kitchen had everything you need and even more. This was my first experience with Airbnb and I was completely satisfied. There was even a powder in the apartment to do the laundry. The only thing was that it was stuck to check in. And the apartment may seem dark. But it's a trifle), otherwise, everything was fine. Located in the city center, train station and beach are not far away. Thank you! I recommend the apartment

We had a great time staying here! It was just what we were looking for for our budget-friendly girls trip. The place was clean, the host was friendly and responsive, and had the amenities we wanted (shower, washer, kitchen, tv with netflix etc). Would come back!

Lovely spot in the heart of Como’s old town. It’s very close to dozens of local bars and restaurants, and within a 10 minute walk down to the port where you can take a bus or boat to the many other places around the lake that you absolutely must visit. The apartment is basic, but clean and organised well. It’s a studio, so the bed is right in the living area and kitchen area, but this wasn’t a problem for us at all. We happily cooked in the kitchen and ate at the kitchen counter for a few nights during our stay. The bed is slightly hard since it’s a foldout from the kitchen furniture, but we didn’t mind that for a few nights at all. Overall we’re very happy with the flat and would absolutely recommend it to everyone.

I had a wonderful stay in Como, the apartment is located in the middle of the town so its easy to walk everywhere. The apartment is cozy and clean and extra points for the host that replaced a hairdryer that got broken during my stay - great service from super friendly and responsive host. Can warmly recommend!

Top location, clean place, well arranged and comfortable bed. The discovery of Como was a total pleasure. Bring suitcases on wheels because the apartment is in a very restricted area. We came with travel bags and it was a test because 500M WALK FROM the parking lot. Other than that, once you settle in, visiting the city, restaurants, the view of the Lake is a real delight. Only downside, the street is noisy very early in morning. Probably due to the hot summer. Deliveries for shops, garbage cans, and street maintenance are cool. So you had to go to bed early and get up early. We'll be back again

The apartment is placed right in the city centre with everything in 200-500 m. distance. Cars are not allowed during the day so it’s nicely quite. We were having troubles with ordering a taxi back to the Airport and My Home In Como helped us and even made sure at night that we got on the taxi. Couldn’t ask for a better service

My Home in Como were super efficient and really helpful accomodating our check in time. The space is really cool and location is unreal. Bar, restaurants, cafes, shops, beautiful piazas everything you could possibly need for refreshing trip to Italy! would highly recommend! We miss you Como!

Well located apartment, with a car park not too far and only a short walk away from the lake. It did have some lows, such as, clogged shower drain, shower head that kept falling and some visible dog hair.

The apartment is located centrally hence it was easy to access everything. Grocery store, restaurants, bus stops etc. And the lake is just a 5 minute walk. The hosts were really cordial and greeted me as well while checking in and they really helpful. Prompt in responding to my queries as well. Would definitely stay here during my next visit. xx

This was a wonderful place for 1 person or a couple. Unit had everything you need. Awesome host and excellent location right in the middle of everything. Only down side was no air conditioning in unit although there was a fan that kept the temperature nice at night . The shower was very small, so not for someone very large. This unit was extremely clean and overall was a great place and nice location and would definitely stay again and recommend !!! Paula

The apartment is small but well equipped but well equipped, the bed to be a sofa/bed is quite comfortable, everything new and very clean. The location is great. Self check-in is a bit laborious but the directions provided were very clear.

The best location in Como! Very clean & well equipped apartment! The host is very helpful and the communication was great.
