Fab place for 2 people , better than the photo's ! Small but perfectly formed. The beds were super comfy, the whole apartment ( even the small balcony) was spotlessly clean. The kitchen had every thing you need with decent sized wine glasses & mugs for a cuppa. It also has a smart TV so you an log on to your own Netflix etc. We had fab weather in the day but evenings got cold & it was easy to use the aircon in the living room & the bedroom for cosy heating.We phoned Madeleine once we'd passed through immigration as instructed and she arranged for the lovely Tracy to meet us & at the front entrance to show us around etc. Tracy also came to return our deposit on departure day too. I would 100% recommend the gorgeous little apartment.

Great location right at the beach and close to the center, but not in a busy area. Many restaurants and supermarkets near by, pharmacy was right next to the building and a minimarket downstairs for quick small shopping. Two aircon units provided comfortable temperature. Small balcony for enjoying afternoon coffee. All amenities were as described. Good wifi. We stayed for 3 weeks and enjoyed our stay very much.

We had a fantastic stay in this apartment, it’s in a great location with everything you need in your doorstep. The apartment has great facilities. Tracy was lovely and made our check in really easy she was very helpful and Madeleine was always happy to help if we had any questions. We would definitely recommend this apartment and hope to come again soon.

A great stay in Madeleine’s apartment in Perla 5. Location is great, right opposite the beach and only 200m from the centre of the front so easy to walk anywhere and just far enough away to not be disturbed by any noise. The apartment was spotless and everything worked fine. I could even link to the big smart tv to watch Netflix, Prime etc using my own account. The apartment is a 15min walk from the train station or an €8 taxi so getting to and from the airport is easy by train. There is a decent supermarket (Maskom) 5 min walk or a small supermarket on the ground floor of the building. A washing machine came in handy too. Also a big thank you to Madeleine for coming out at very short notice on a Saturday to let us back in when we accidentally left without the front door keys, locking ourselves out without a phone or money in the process. After calling the main tel number Madeleine dropped everything, drove over and let us in. She is a star ⭐️

At Perla 5, we found a beautiful apartment, very clean and perfectly equipped. Close to the Paseo and the city centre. This address is ideal for a stay in Fuengirola and we highly recommend it to future travellers.

Lovely apt, has just had a lot of TLC. We wanted for nothing . Beds very comfy. Living room and TV good . Kitchen spotless. Coffee machine, oven, microwave . Plenty dishes. Big fridge freezer. Big Maskom supermarket 10min walk.

Location perfect, apartment was good and as described in the listing. Everything worked. But: The equipment in the kitchen could be better: odd glasses, cutlery in tin. Dining table and chairs were the simplest possible. A little better quality of furniture and equipment would make a big difference!

Nice apartment for 2nd people . Nice , clean and freshly painted .Locational with a view of the sea , has everything you need also a lovely little balcony with evening sun . There was also a small freezer in the fridge, which was not in the description of the apartment. Definitely recommended and I will definitely be back . Great host and incredibly helpful and sweet. Definitely looking forward to coming back .

It was the perfect stay in Fuengirola, attending Cala Mijas Festival. Close to a supermarket, bars and restaurants and right in front of the sea. The flat was super clean and cosy, I loved it at first sight. Air condition and wifi were on top of that what made my stay feel like home. Madeleine is the best host I ever met. Would definitely come back! xx

The apartment was cozy and spacious for two adults. Inside the apartment building, the sounds of the hallway were clearly heard, otherwise there were no outside noises. Cold floors, as most of this time are in Spain, so wool socks/slippers are wise to pack. Close to the beach and good restaurants.

This is agreat apartment in a great spot, close to everything. It had everthing we needed and was spotless. Madeleine was very good. She explained everything and always responded quickly to my emails. We also had a great side seaview. I highly recommend this apartment

Very good location, the host is very nice, the apartment is very good. The only thing that the TV fails a lot and the shower tap you have to bathe with the water a little cold bread that comes out tightly but otherwise everything is correct and clean

Good place to stay in a great area in Fuengirola. The refrigerator is a little small but extra for two people. Everything else fantastic.
