"Terrazza Rooftop" is a two-bedroom apartment in the heart of Como, featuring a spacious private terrace with a view of the lake. The apartment is situated halfway between the Duomo Square and Piazza Cavour and just a short walk from the lakeside.

The space

The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. It includes a double bedroom and a double sofa bed in the living area with a TV, dining table, and a separate, fully equipped kitchen. The apartment offers amenities such as free Wi-Fi and a washing machine in the bathroom with a bathtub. The terrace provides a splendid view of the lake and is perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the city centre and Lake Como. Guest access

The apartment is located on the top floor and is accessible by an elevator - once you exit the elevator on the sixth floor, you will need to climb a flight of stairs to access the apartment.
The historical center of Como is mainly a pedestrian area and the property has no private parking. The nearest parkings are available in Viale Lecco and Viale Varese, about 400 meters from the apartment. You can park your car only within the blue stripes. Pay time is from 8 am to 8 pm. Pay at the machine and get the ticket to be put on the dashboard inside your car, or use the “EasyPark” app.
There are also paid parking garages nearby: “JASCA” in nearby Piazza Volta, “CENTRO LAGO” with an entrance in Via Recchi, "VALDUCE” in Viale Lecco, and "TRIBUNALE” in Via Auguadri.

I booked this apartment for the terrace and it is definitely worth it. The place is clean, spacious, with lots of light. You do everything in Como by walking around, even the trainstation is 10min away. I will not think twice and book this place again when I'm back!

Last minute weekend trip in early November. Stunning rooftop / patio - worth the price for those views alone. Right in the heart of everything. Very clean. Host is super responsive. Will definitely look to go back soon!

In order to access the property, it will be necessary to fill out the online check-in form (where the passport photographs of ALL the members who will be staying will be required) and in addition you are required to sign the rental contract for tourist use. Until it is completed, it will not be possible to enter the property. For check-in after 7:00 pm and check-out after 10:00 am (if not authorized) an additional amount will be required which will be communicated upon arrival and must be paid through a link that will be sent by us.

Cancel by noon on the day of check-in and get a 50% refund of the total nightly rate. You’ll also get a full refund of all fees.

Cancel before noon local time during the trip and you’ll be refunded 50% of the remaining booking value, excluding fees.
