PARKING
There is no private parking, but you can park your car on the street within the blue lines for a fee or in Viale Lecco, which is not far away. Paid parking hours are from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. You can pay at the parking meter, which issues a ticket to place on your car's dashboard, or you can use the "Easy Park" app. There are also paid covered parking options in the city: "VALDUCE" on Viale Lecco, "JASCA" in Piazza Volta, "CENTRO LAGO" on Via Recchi, and "TRIBUNALE" on Via Auguadri.

Great location and view, place came with great cooking materials as well. We had to meet the host at the train station for the keys, but they made the process seamless and the response rate was quick.

Beautiful, clean apartment that met expectations. When we arrived, there was an issue with opening the door, but the host responded quickly to a message and shared instructions on how to open the door.

We had a very lovely stay in Como! The apartment was very clean and easy to find with the check in instructions. The apartment was right by the train station which made it easy with our luggage.

Our Airbnb in Como was really beautiful. We were very happy with the location and felt very comfortable. Not only was the apartment great but also our host with whom communication was great. In order to access the property, it will be necessary to fill out the online check-in form (where the passport photographs of ALL the members who will be staying will be required) and in addition you are required to sign the rental contract for tourist use. Until it is completed, it will not be possible to enter the property. For check-in after 7:00 pm and check-out after 10:00 am (if not authorized) an additional amount will be required which will be communicated upon arrival and must be paid through a link that will be sent by us.

Cancel up to 7 days before your trip and get a full refund, including all fees.
Cancel by noon on the day of check-in and get a 50% refund of the total nightly rate. You’ll also get a full refund of all fees.
Cancel during your trip and you may be eligible for a partial refund.
Cancel before noon local time during the trip and you’ll be refunded 50% of the remaining booking value, excluding fees.
Cancel after noon local time during the trip and you’ll be refunded 50% of the remaining booking value, excluding that night and fees.
Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
