PARKING
This apartment has NO private parking.
Parking is available in blue-striped areas on the street. You can pay at the parking meter, which issues a ticket to be placed on the car's dashboard, or you can use the "Easy Park" app. The paid parking hours are from 8 AM to 8 PM. Covered paid parking is also available in the city: "VALDUCE" in Viale Lecco, "JASCA" in Piazza Volta, "CENTRO LAGO" with an entrance on Via Recchi, and "TRIBUNALE" in Via Auguadri.

Great location. Check in was a challenge. Had to walk 5 minutes away to lockbox to retrieve keys and walk back to enter apartment. Once inside, everything was fine.

Our stay was beautiful, I only found the check in identification call a bit unfriendly and wierd. But otherwise we got good instructions. Besides the dishwasher everything was spotless in the apparment. The appartment is near the oldtown, the lake and a supermarket. There is all you need.

We loved our stay. The place was comfortable and spacious. Lots of facilities including an air condition that kept the apartment nice during summer. The location is excellent 5 minutes to lake como and 7 minutes to the Dumo and boutiques. Central parking is across the street. I would comeback again.

The Keys can be collected at a shop located in Viale Felice Cavallotti 2a, Como, 22100 ONLY after completing all the following steps: - Fill in the online check-in form (where passport photographs of ALL guests will be required). - Sign the tourist rental agreement. - Make a quick video call where all guests who stay will have to show the documents again so that they can be checked further. - Until EVERYTHING is completed, it will not be possible to enter the property. THESE ADEMPITIS ARE REQUIRED TO BE ABLE TO STAY IN THE STRUCTURE AND ARE REQUIRED BY ITALIAN LAW. At the end of the stay, the keys must be returned to the collection point by 10:00 a.m. ______________________ POSSIBLE ADDITIONAL FEES: - For check-in after 7:00 pm and check-out after 10:00 am (if not authorized) an additional amount will be required that will be communicated upon arrival and must be paid through a link that will be sent by us. - If the property is left in an inappropriate state, an additional amount due to overtime cleaning hours will be required. - If the keys are lost or not delivered to the collection point, a sum of €50 will be requested.

For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
