PARKING
This apartment has NO private parking.
Parking is available in blue-striped areas on the street. You can pay at the parking meter, which issues a ticket to be placed on the car's dashboard, or you can use the "Easy Park" app. The paid parking hours are from 8 AM to 8 PM. Covered paid parking is also available in the city: "VALDUCE" in Viale Lecco, "JASCA" in Piazza Volta, "CENTRO LAGO" with an entrance on Via Recchi, and "TRIBUNALE" in Via Auguadri.

Just outside of the city center (literally 200 meters only), this place was perfect for us. Spacious, good value for money, and clean. Would definitely recommend.

The apartment is so perfect that everything is so new and well equipped. The staff are nice and warm. There is a big supermarket just one street away. Definitely recommend staying here if you would like to enjoy Como.

Until it is completed, it will not be possible to enter the property. • For check-in after 7:00 pm and check-out after 10:00 am (if not authorized) an additional amount will be required which will be communicated upon arrival and must be paid through a link that will be sent by us.

Cancel by noon on the day of check-in and get a 50% refund of the total nightly rate. You’ll also get a full refund of all fees.

Cancel before noon local time during the trip and you’ll be refunded 50% of the remaining booking value, excluding fees.
Cancel after noon local time during the trip and you’ll be refunded 50% of the remaining booking value, excluding that night and fees.
